Neat cheap stuff. Some great some not so great. Got a lil light up mist cauldron, but it doesn't mist. Great spot for a quick gift or treat for your little ones.

Nice staff, clean store, best place to buy charging cables if you go through them as fast as we do. Not exactly $5 and below anymore but can't really blame them for Bidenomics.

The manager working yesterday around 545pm is one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. Generally speaking, at any 5 below I’ve gone too, the customer service is 5 stars. This lady was dismissive and wasn’t empathetic to my situation. We made an online order around 1pm for 3 mini back packs which showed available when purchasing online. I drove 40 minutes to this location because it was the only one me who currently still had them in stock. I got there around 545pm to pick up my order and the lady at the register ended up getting the manager because she couldn’t find my order. The manager then approached me and said “ your order was rejected and immediately walked away without me being able to respond. When I got her attention again, she stated how would you like me to fulfill an order if we don’t have the product? Mind you, I explained I never got an email regarding it wasn’t fulfilled nor had the money come back into my account. There was no, sorry for the inconvenience of not receiving an email in which your order couldn’t be fulfilled, there wasn’t an explanation to why I wasn’t being shown a refund. I was immediately dismissed by her in the most unprofessional way. I do not live in this area however, if I did, I would never return to this location due to this lady. If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. I ended up having to call customer service to help with my refund.

I came to this store on Sunday, February 25 at 5:51 and was immediately told “we close in 5 minutes”. To the point that the person on the phone stated the employee was rude. And I stated “yes he is rude”. The employee decided to come outside and say “what’s about that is rude” and I said when customers come in you greet them. He stated he did greet me but my headphones were in. When I asked for his name, he walked off and said have a nice day. I don’t know what business this is. But you close at 6 pm, that was not 5 minutes to closing. If you can’t treat customers with respect, don’t open for business.

Every time me and my friends go in here the manager tends to follow us around the store when I went today with my mom he did the same thing but when she was looking at something. There was a peace of trash right there and he walked over and snatched it like she was stealing, then when she confronted him at the front he then accused her of stealing. I won’t be shopping here anymore.

The Manger is very unprofessional. He told me to shop somewhere else.He always has an attitude when I go into the store. I will not shop there anymore.I will spend my money elsewhere. I don't appreciate him accusing me of stealing

I just think this place's workers doesnt know what items are marked on sale and put on display but aside from that, this store was organized when we went, workers are helpful and courteous as well.
