I have two words about this agency - Cynthia Patrick. I've worked in Customer Service for over two decades so it's one of the first things I notice about a business. She was absolutely stellar. She answered every question I had and ALWAYS responded to my email inquiries, no matter how many I sent. I appreciate her prompt attention to detail, especially since I had a tight turnaround. Our insurance company sent us a cancelation notice for our condo complex. I was referred to this company from another condo complex that I happen to work at and contacted them. They are helping us to find a company before our insurance expires. It's nice to work with this company. They communicate with you.

My homeowners insurance went up substantially at the last policy update. My agent was giving me the run around and other prospective agents just weren't getting back to me. I called GreatFlorida Insurance and had a better rate and a better policy within 4 business days! All my questions were answered and my calls were all returned in a very timely manner in order to get what I needed. Top notch agency!

I've worked with GreatFlorida for both condo building and personal policies. Every year, we are amazed by the diligence and quality we receive---along with much better pricing. Because of the fantastic experience from GreatFlorida for our condo building, I am using them for another personal property and, once again, they have been exceptionally wonderful to work with. I have a rental property that I have been trying to sell and it's in a condo association that Great Florida is the Insurance carrier on. We have been delayed for 4 weeks because of documents needed from the St. Pete office of GFI. I decided to call today and I was connected with Chelsey (she claimed to be the V.P. of GF) who immediately attacked me when she picked up the phone. When she took a breath I informed her I am not who she thought I was. Apparently she had been talking to some other people from the same complex who were having the same issues. When I explained who I was she still went off on me telling me that they would not be working on this again until next week. I told her I only need proof of Insurance to close the real estate transaction and that the buyers didn't have a place to go. She stated that she didn't care. I said do you realize that I could make a complain with the BBB, Attorney General, Google, F.B, etc.? She said she didn't care. I said do realize I could make a complaint on your license, she said she didn't care.I called the Corporate office and reached out to the real V.P. at GFI. I am awaiting a call back. His office cared!I have/had other Insurance with GFI and I have experienced no other issues. I am happy with the NPR office. They are not the same as the St. Pete office.This particular office (ST. Pete) has provided the worse customer experience I have ever had.

I was helped by Emily. She was completely professional, communicated with me multiple times, answered all of my questions, etc. Exactly what you want when you really need help with something like insurance. I had shopped for it on my own and thought I knew enough to easily find the best rate available... Turns out I was way wrong. She found me a policy that gives me better coverage than I already had and saves me a LOT of money every month. I wish I would have gone to her sooner, but I definitely will go back if I need help in the future. She nailed it, and I seriously appreciate what she did for me.
