My husband and I bought a condo in the area for a second home/maybe forever home this past March. We are from Germantown, TN and have some friends who moved here last year from TN. They looked around for contractors to do some remodeling and found Gulf To Bay Interiors-Milena, Mirena and Geri to be accurate! They loved their work so much that they gave us their names for our remodel.From conception to completion they always asked what we wanted and gave their input when we asked. We packed up and flew to Germantown and they worked their professional magic! We are so pleased we don't want to go back to TN. It was a big job and they did it in a timely fashion. Can’t say enough about how pleased we are. This was a complex and multi-layered project which required a vary broad set of design and construction skills. Without going into too much detail, some rooms required extensive design and expert execution on several levels to make this happen. On top of that, we were under a tight deadline. Gulf to Bay said it could all be done in time for move in and they did indeed deliver on time. They have a very strong front-of-the-house and a very strong back-of-the-house. They have a strong and reliable supply chain of vendors that they are able to call on and get things delivered and completed quickly. Their crew is extremely talented and very experienced. We were offered curated design options throughout the process and they were always accommodating to our budget. At the end of each day, a Gulf to Bay representative was on site to review the progress and coordinate the next steps. We really learned to respect the judgment of Malaina and her daughters. This was a very positive experience and I strongly recommend Gulf to Bay as a very professional and capable company that can accommodate any size project.Services: Room planning

The last few years have been immensely frustrating trying to a find reliable and responsive home improvement company to repair glaring defects made by previously incompetent construction companies. Maybe it's a Florida thing but it seem like no-showing, delays, blaming/kicking the can to other construction specialities and price gouging were the norm for the industry down here.I can't describe what a relief and breath of fresh air it is to work with a company that is reliable and takes pride in their high quality work.Geri, Milena, Marina and their crew led by Chiki walked us through each step of the way in fully remodeling our master bathroom in an extremely timely manner. We are ecstatic with the finished product and look forward to working with them on future projects.Service: Refurbishment

Milena saved my marriage! My husband and I went back and forth on tile, backsplashes and color. It was a nightmare. Milena went shopping with me and within a few short hours we had everything picked out for our home that we built, including the all over interior paint color!. I wish I contacted her from the very start! Her service was invaluable!

This is an excellent company with fantastic management. You won’t believe how great and responsive they are, and their professionalism is second to none. I have been working with Milena for several months and I am always pleasantly surprised that every experience is always better than the last! We hired Milena and her crew to professionally stage my parent’s home in St. Petersburg. We felt that she did a great job in enhancing the features in the home. The work was done quickly, professionally and went off without a hitch! Milena even stepped in to help us replace the flooring in a room so that we could meet a deadline for professional photos to be taken in the home. To top it off, Milena worked with us on time frames in order to aid my elderly parents into transitioning into their new home. We highly recommend Milena with her expertise and professional crew!

I'm updating my review now that all of the punch list has been repaired, replaced, and gaps filled in. All to my satisfaction. I can now say that the job is done, and done for anyones scrutiny Finally its time to get cooking, and relax in my new spa bathroom! Thank you Milani for making all of this happen.
