Crystal helped with getting the discount and setting up and canceling my old policy. Even technical problems she was always patient and considerate. Alexa helped me with finishing the setting up the drive safe pod when I thought it was all done. She was also kind and patient. The agency is very lucky to have them”
“5 stars is not enough for Erna! She deserves them all!! She first helped my Aunt and Uncle phenomenally, and I had a terrible experience with Direct Auto so they sent me Erna’s information. She was very quick to reply, is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and truly above and beyond. Answered my questions before I even had to ask, and made sure everything looked right and walked me through everything. I felt very comfortable with her and confident in her to set up our insurance. If you need to contact Allstate, you’ve definitely got to talk to Erna! And another special shoutout to Jaelene, I called customer service shortly after my experience with Erna to ensure she was recognized for her amazing performance and Jaelene was very kind and quick to help me and introduced herself very professionally and politely if I needed any further customer service.
