I had several rooms done with waterproof LVF installed. They took up tile in my kitchen and bathrooms and laundryroom. The flooring is now lifting up on and curling at all the seams. They did not stand behind there work or their product and would not replace it. They should have put a protective layer for water barrier and they didn't know it. I now have to pull it all up, put down a vapor barrier and buy new flooring. I wouldn't recommend this company!

Poor quality flooring. Bad installation. Bought LVT that has a bad locking design. seams are chipping and raised. Installer Manny was took all day to do a one room.He damaged our new refrigerator and didn't say anything about it. I will never buy anything from JB Flooring. Too many flooring stores to choose from.

I have purchased flooring from JJ from JB flooring for years. JJ always greets me with a big smile and is eager to show me the best deals they have on various close-outs. She has a great design sense as well so I always walk out of there with attractive tile at a very good price.

Buyer beware I’ve been using JB factory carpet for many years between my couple houses, two years ago, I hired them to put new flooring throughout the entire common area of my home. Besides, some minor hiccups they were able to fix any problems that I had, fast forward to almost 2 years later, they closed out the Clearwater store, and I don’t have my paperwork anymore, (i can not locate it) and now I’m starting to get lifting and some of the planks I paid extra to have the old wood floor which took almost 2 days for them to do that. I called JB store got the owner on the phone and he’s claims that he can’t pull up the old computers because they’re not “hooked up anymore” from of the Clearwater store, he says he was going to have somebody work on this to locate my records to accommodate my needs after several phone calls over a six week. Nobody has ever called me back As promised. All I think is just some excuse to not help me out. Don’t tell me your computers net work is not all intertwined with each other, or the Clearwater computers are not hooked up, which seems like a lame excuse. I will never do business with JB ever again. I have been using JB since the ST Pete store opened many many years ago

I WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU TO PLEASE READ MIKE F’s REVIEW AGAIN!!!The owners response was laughable, saying that he would never allow anyone to lay flooring over moisture! WELL HE DID ALLOW IT!!! Now we suffer the loss! We trusted him and his lies about the moisture would dry after the floor was laid. I didn’t believe him, nor did my daughter-in-law! We wanted them to stop the installation and take a closer look at the moisture issue! We are not installers, but even the installers said it would dry! We, unfortunately, believed him as well! JBFactory Flooring took my son’s hard earned money! A year later the beautiful new floor started buckling, cracking, becoming dangerous, we put tape over it and looks awful ? They came out…sure enough we were right! They fixed ONE area agreeing we were right. ONLY at this point did they tell us it was a problem, and that we should seal the floor! A year later is too late!! We had damage everywhere! Nothing more was done! If this company had listened to our concerns, when we had the finances to do something about it, not a year after the fact, maybe we would be happy customers…BUT WE ARE NOT!!
