Mike is amazing. He had made my almost daily trips to Lowe's something I actually look forward to. I've been to many Lowe's stores and this one has by far the best service and is the most well run store I've been to!

I have to dock 3 stars. I wrote a review on my phone and forgot to put it here. I read what I wrote and got pissed off all over again.I went to Lowe's in St. Pete because I wanted a piece of glass cut for a frame. I found some other items to purchase. I head to the glass aisle. I wait for a human being with a red vest. I only wait about 10 minutes before I encounter an employee who tells me the glass cutting machine is broken. I take my cart to check out. Christine, the cashier, waits on 2 customers ahead of me. Each customer is asked about veteran status, provided their subsequent totals and each paid w a card. While Christine is ringing my items up, I asked when the glass cutting machine will be fixed. She stated that she did not know but I should go to the glass cutting dept to ask. I can't do that while I'm checking out but I told her no one is there to cut glass because the glass cutting machine is not working. She proceeds to disagree with me because she was 'just back there." I told her that I had no idea what glass they were cutting since there was no machine to cut the glass. She finds that amusing. The problem is that I don't. She provides me with a total. I have my credit card in hand. I asked her why she didn't ask me about veteran status. She finds the need to answer my question with a question: 'Are you a vet?' I can't speak to a manager because they are 'all' in a meeting. I have zero idea how many managers this store needs. I'm guessing very few since there is no mamager working presently. I call the store x3. The first time after being on hold and transferred to different associates, I am asked if I wanted to continue holding. I do and I'm hung up on. Now I'm still pleasant at this point because getting angry isn't going to get me anywhere, right? I call the 727 # again. Do the hold thing and then informed that I didn't call the store, I called Corporate. I call the 727 # again. Do the hold thing and then I'm informed that management is not available. I call Corporate. I asked about Ms. Omni and I'm told I have the Corporate # saved in my phone. Yeah, no. Why would I have Corporate in my phone. I have better things to do then call Sh. I state that I want to write a letter to complain. Sh tells me that is 'not the process.' Are you sensing another problem here? She asked me for my zip code. What that has to do with my writing Corporate is beyond me. How many different Corporates are there? Sh doesn't know either. When I asked how the public knows what the process is, I'm told 'I dont know. They just do.' She then apologizes and says that management will review my "complaint and decide whether they will contact me or not.' She apologizes again. I hate it when people apologize and don't mean it, don't you? I don't buy that lip service. I understand as a long time lover and stock holder of Lowe's that it's important to you that I drink that Kool-Aid but I can't. Are you seeing another problem here? I call for the manager 8/19. That would be Debra with no last name. I explained my numerous attempts to reach management and I wanted to give her the courtesy of letting her know that I was contacting Corporate.. a courtesy that your store feels the need not to give me. Are you seeing another problem here? Needless to say, Lowe's never called me back and I'm 100% positive it's because I'm a female vet. I sold my stock in Lowe's. I go to Home Depot now.

Lowe's has a lot of the stuff you need and fairly decent help. It's highly organized. Their garden section is fabulous. They have some great deals on plants always look outside in the clearance section because if you have a green thumb you can bring them back to life. Love their potting soil don't have a big selection of organics.... no organic plants very limited selection of organic fertilizers pretty much standard things available here but beautiful every day plants

I've always been a fan of Lowe's over Home Depot. After my most recent experience, my opinion may have change.See my timeline of events below:09/02/2023 - Went to my local Lowe's in search of a new gas grill. Found a really nice Napolean grill that happened to be on sale. The guy in the grill department informed me that they are currently running a deal that gives free assembly AND free home delivery. He told me it could be delivered on Monday (09/04/2023). This sold the deal as I was already going to be off of work on Monday due to it being Labor Day.09/03/2023 - My DAD received a call from Lowe's stating that the grill would be delivered the next day (as originally scheduled) between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. Notice that I said they call my dad. My dad and I have the same name, so they somehow mixed up the phone numbers. No worries...my dad relayed the message to me. I wasn't worried.09/04/2023 - My wife and I hung around the house on this afternoon and waited for the grill to arrive between 2:00 and 4:00. At 4:00, there was no grill and there had been no phone call. I called Lowe's in search of information. I was informed that as of 8:45am that day, Lowe's had determined that they didn't have the grill in stock and would have to get one from the manufacturer. So, Lowe's knew at 8:45am, but nobody bothered to call me and tell me that the grill would no be arriving today.The woman on the phone said that it was scheduled to be delivered on Friday. I also gave the woman on the phone MY phone number so that she could make the change and they would not call my dad.09/05/2023 - My dad (yes, wrong number yet again) got a call from Lowe's to say that they got another grill and that it would be delivered the next day on 09/06/2023. OK great, that's not so bad. 15 minutes later, he got another call stating the exact same thing. My dad then gave them my number. An hour later, my dad (Yep, wrong number again), got a call from a woman stating that the grill they got was damaged and they would have to get another one from the manufacturer. However, she said that she was unable to get it for some reason and was going to have to cancel my order. She suggested I go back into my local store and reorder the grill again. She put a note under my name saying that I should receive a discount on the reorder.I immediately headed up to my local Lowe's. Spoke to a very nice young lady there who was very apologetic and understanding of the situation. She informed me that they had the grill in stock there! Why the heck didn't they just send that one in the first place?? Anyway, it wasn't assembled at this time. So she contacted someone and told them that she needed an assembly to come in tomorrow (09/06/23) to assemble this grill for delivery on 09/07/2023. So I placed the reorder and she applied the discount. Still irritated, but the discount helped.09/06/2023 - Got a call from the local Lowe's delivery department. He informed me that they didn't have an assembler today so they would not be able to deliver the grill the following day as promised. I just couldn't believe it!! This was the worst experience ever! I had no choice but to agree. The guy on the phone ASSURED me that the grill would be assembled on Thursday the 7th and delivered on Friday the 8th. He also assured me that I would be the first stop on Friday and I would have the grill by 8:00 or 8:30. I said OK and made arrangements to come in to work late on Friday in order to receive the grill.09/08/2023 - 8:30am came and went. No phone call, no grill. I called the local store. Customer service answered. I asked for the delivery department. They transferred me to the self checkout person. What??!?! This person got me transferred to the delivery department. I spoke to the same person in the delivery department that I had spoken to the other day. He said they were short staffed because someone had some sort of emergency or something, but assured me they were loading the truck as we speak. An hour and a half later

This Review is based on an 18-inch Edgestar Dishwasher purchased at this Lowe's in April 2023. My research has found they are sold at these stores /Lowe's/Walrmart/Home Depot and who knows where else. *Stay Away from this brand of Dishwasher "EDGESTAR". Yes I bought as floor dent item but did not expect it to leak. Reading Reviews I found others buying Brand New EdgeStar's Leaked new out of box. I could not write this review for some reason on Lowe's Web Page. I bought this "Dishwasher" because it stated it came with Manufacture's Warranty. This is the reply I received today from them. USELESS* Hello,Thank you for contacting the Ferguson Own Brand Appliance Warranty Service Team. It's my pleasure to assist you today. An e-4 error code is what we call an Overflow error code. This could be caused by two different reasons. The pump and improper installation. If your not getting water in the unit then you know its most likely going to be the pump itself. If there is water in the unit, then you have something causing the overflow and there is either something like a crimp in the hose or the rise on the unit is too much for the unit to handle. Just to also make sure you will need to dump the water out and flip the unit over. They have a resivior of water at the bottom of the unit that has a little float valve. If that valve is up due to the water the E-4 error code will not go away. Many Thanks,Plat

Had shower doors installed through Lowes. Terrible work. Now I'm playing phone tag trying to get the installer to fix it. Overall I would avoid using them. Just an absolute hassle of a company.

We purchased a dishwasher March 4, it is now April 19 and no dishwasher. Salesman suggested we get a Lowe's credit card to save $100 so now we either continue to wait or are stuck w/ an $800 credit to a store where we will never shop again. Multiple calls - they always say oops it wasn't in our delivery this week. And our old dishwasher just started leaking today. The cherry on top.Will not shop here again. Hope you don't either.

We needed a new dishwasher and after doing some research and hours open, we chose Lowe's on 22nd Ave. they had a nice selection to choose from, which was important since we needed it installed in a week and a half. Will was incredibly helpful and patient with our decision making. After we choose the one we wanted, CK helped us through the paperwork. A very good experience!

Lowe's is a great home improvement store that has almost anything you can want or need when it comes to your house they have a great section for plants as well

I always have a great experience here and the set up and assistance is more DIY friendly than at Home Depot so I come here a lot! Love the pick up options. Everyone has always been nice and helpful. Glenn in cabinets is a kitchen Angel.

I realize people are all trying to do their best during COVID but ever time I come here over the last 15 years I have had one negative experience after another. I have had enough. I came here to find flooring, tile to be specific and there was no one here to help. This has been the running story every time I have come here over the last 15 yrs. I needed appliance and no one was available, I needed lighting. I was given bad advice and now stuck with lights I don't want left in the trunk of my car. I was given bad advice two years ago when I purchased shower doors, I gave the guy the measurements & he ignored them. My tile guy had to come back with me for it was obviously I was not being heard. The tile guy apologized for the Lowe's guy. He had to see it for himself and was shocked how this employee treated me. All that said, Lowe's is not for me.
