I was in the market for a new mattress so have been waiting for Black Friday. I went in that morning and George helped my mom and I. I felt like I was there for hours trying to make the right choice on my new mattress. He was extremely helpful and patient and took the time to listen to my needs, wants, heard my feedback and tried the best to get me with the one I wanted. I did the sleep test which really helped narrow it down for me. I ended up getting the TEMPER-ProAdapt Medium Hybird along with some other Temper products (mattress protector, sheets, pillows) all the things! I got such a great deal for Black Friday and left with what I wanted. I can’t thank George enough for the excellent customer service. I highly recommend shopping at this location first and ask for George he’ll take really good care of you. He definitely knows his stuff!

The minute I walked in the door I was immediately greeted with a smile. The young lady, Monika introduced herself and asked how she could assist me. I explained what I was looking for and before I knew it Monika started to educate me on the world of mattresses. She was extremely articulate and answered all my questions. I laid on a few beds and called my husband to come to the store to try out a few beds. It did not long for us to make a decision on the Sterns + Foster Reserve. I had shopped 2 other stores, who had the same mattress. We decided to purchase from Monika because of her knowledge, and how she explained the product and the benefits of purchasing from Mattress Firm. Monika is very professional and she had a way of reducing our anxiety about making this purchase. I would highly recommend Matress Firm and Monika. I was so impressed by her skills that I asked her for several business cards. I am a realtor and often get asked for recommendations. I will need another mattress soon, i will not hesitate to go and see Monika. Thank you Monika for taking such good care of us. You are appreciated!!!

We stopped by looking for a mattress that best fit our needs, was greeted by David who guided through the process. David was knowledgeable about the different Tempur-pedic mattresses (and bases, this also very important!). With his knowledge and expertise we were able to narrow down and pick out a nice mattress! Ask for David if you're looking for your next mattress.
