I been sick on and off the past several months and just had time to post a review for this location. I stopped by here a few months ago when I saw bed pros was going out of business and spoke to the manager Michael about a warranty I have on my mattress. He was sleep or very distracted when I came in, he gave me the incorrect info and made false promises to me. I called back to follow up and he said I didn’t have a warranty on any of my items and argued me down that he didn’t promise me anything. He is very unprofessional and wasted a lot of my time. Then he tried to pressure me into paying them almost $100 to come help me photograph my mattress for the warranty he didn’t want to honor after I informed him that I'm disabled. I asked for my sales lady that sold me the mattress and he refused to give me her info saying he couldn’t and I had to call 4 stores to find her to get my situation resolved. I will never return to this location and question whether to do business mattress firm going forward due to his behavior towards me. He was aggressive and unprofessional.

My brother purchased a $2000 mattress, and when he express discontent and tried to return it, mattress firm said they would get back to him but never did.

This was the best mattress firm I have visited so far! I got there pretty much at closing time and was greeted by an amazing employee who instantly hooked me up with everything I needed. Something that fit my price and great quality! Couldn’t ask for anything better.

We recently had the pleasure of shopping at Mattress Firm in St. Pete, Fl. Our sales person was David Karlak who was very friendly, easy to work with and professional. We were pleased with the offerings available and David’s knowledge of the products. We appreciated the time he spent with us understanding our needs and directing us to the mattresses that best met our needs. We have previously shopped at Mattress Firm and will recommend them whenever asked.

We had the BEST experience at Mattress Firm thanks to David. From the second we walked in, he made us feel welcome and never once tried to oversell, rush us, or push anything we didn’t need. He simply asked the right questions, listened, and helped us find the perfect mattress and frame for our home.
You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers feel comfortable and confident in their choice. The entire process was easy, enjoyable, and honestly kind of fun… which is not something you usually say about mattress shopping!
