Came into the store about an hour before close. I expressed my back pain issues to the store employee George and he was prompt to help me out. George took the extra time and stayed after store hours to make sure I could review all the options and find the perfect bed + bed frame combination for my budget. Rachel and Tom from mattress firm were amazing. They gave us all the detailed information we needed, walked us through each mattress we were interested in, and made it a worry free process. Not once did they overwhelm us with making a decision. We cannot wait to start sleeping on our new mattress

Last night, my friend and I walked into Mattress Firm knowing I had to buy a mattress. I honestly wasn’t sure how it would go because it takes me a while to make a decision an hour and a half, to be exact, lol. But George made the whole experience easy. He was patient, never pushed another product, and listened when I told him exactly what I wanted to look at. He gave us space to talk things over and let us lie on the beds multiple times without ever making us feel rushed. It was genuinely a great experience.

Update: got a text from the manager saying if I revised my review they would give me my $250 back 🤣. Not a chance, buyer beware
Ordered beauty rest pressure smart mattress. What was delivered was not what I laid on in the store. Returned item and was charged a restocking fee of 249. Asked if these mattresses people return are resold. He said only at our outlet/clearance store. Can someone find me one of those? You won’t be able too. I believe they just deliver used mattresses to you. NEVER AGAIN Mattress Firm.

Went in knowing what I wanted, but David the salesman was great to work with very knowledgeable, and accommodating! Enjoyed the buying experience! Highly recommend! Delivery was seamless also I give them a 10 as well!
