I just had occasion to do a favor for a non profit group to get pool sticks new tips. Ann was so helpful and has a great personality. I had bought others from another source (on line) and they did NOT fit, Ann showed me the push on type and traded out the whole bunch for the ones I was stuck for financially. I say they stand by their work and Ann is a great blessing.

Ann & Tom are great people to work with. Mike couldnt have picked a better couple to hand the reigns of his baby to before he passed. I love working with them and will continue to in the future.

I would be very hesitant to work with Mike Billiards. They are consistently and extremely late paying their bills with my company. And then every year they play 'dumb' that they haven't received our invoices. And then when asked for payment directly after 90 days late, they hang up on you.I wouldn't let them anywhere near my house based on their business practices.
