βThe cashier was friendly and helpful. The store is a standard size Walgreens with many convenience options. I specifically went in for a pain reliever and they were out of stock of a few options but had one that fit what I needed. Also had a good deal on Oreos so bonus points for that! Overall, it's a fine store in the chain and it's a convenient stop for urgent needsβ
βCharles at the deli counter made my entire week with his personality alone. His energy was contagious, he made me laugh so hard as well as making a delicious sandwich. 10/10 would recommend this Publix, and finding Charles. Great vibes overall.β
βThe store is clean and majority employees are very friendly and personable. Pharmacy techs are hit or miss... I've been coming to this Walgreens for a few years now. I had my passport photos done there and bought medicine, soaps, and cosmetics, toiletries. Occasional snack, as well. Photos quality is pretty poor, so I wouldn't order again, as I left most of those behind before... My favorite employee is their woman in cosmetics (I'm awful for not remembering the name). She's always well put together. Pretty makeup, so I'm confident she knows what she's talking about and her recommendations are spot on! Always friendly and sweet.β
βAs I rarely do nteract with staff.. except to ask where something is. .. I went when it wasn't toooo busy .. was glad for finding diarrhea medicines and number of choices.. could not believe the .64 price.. happy about it of course- knock off brand .. and the late hours.. open till 11 PM.. there seems to be a lack stores like the this in the area .....Was also very happy to find the bathroom pretty clean.. had to use it to3 times while shopping here.. pouring rain due to storm coming and still open This place gets mobbed I suspect because of there is a lack - food desert area...β
βSolid store, very friendly and helpful employees. Clean and organized. Not quite as nice as the one a mile and a half north on 62nd Ave., but a solid second place for best Winn-Dixies. Their app needs work, they still have it opening in Chrome/Safari, and not self - contained. It's okay. In a boutique store and whole foods (AMZN)-dominated marketplace, Winn-Dixie has a real shot at providing the realistic prices that normal people need and deserve for foods and goods. Prices have gone up astronomically on everything and America is going through it. We need you, Winn-Dixie! Keep passing some more savings our way!β
βWent in at 10pm to pick up a photo. It wasn't ready but Otis said that he would print it right away and not charge us. When printed it had some ink spots. Otis printed another one right away without issue or question. He didn't charge us but gave us both! Otis showed awesome customer service and was very engaging...even at 10:30 at night! Well Done Otis!!!β
βHonestly not sure what the other reviews are all about. This Walgreens is great. I've had great customer service from a team who has obviously been working straight through this pandemic. I appreciate their helpfulness. This is the Walgreens our family uses for all of our needs. I would definitely recommend it. I think people need to calm down and appreciate essential workers. They are doing their best, and they are doing a fantastic job.β
βThe pharmacy staff here is amazing. All except for the lady that wears..wait for it: TWO PAIRS OF GLASSES AT ONCE! Such a nasty human being who scowls at everyone all the while screaming my information which violates every HIPAA privacy act rule. In addition she's rude to all the employees. I have absolutely no idea how this woman is employed?????? I really hope she reads this. And I hope she gets some bifocals because if you're going to act like a psychopath wearing two pairs of glasses AT ONCE it Let's people see you coming from a mile away. Please get a new job where you do not deal with the public in anyway. Become a ditch digger. You are a terrible person. SO SO SO SO RUDE. Again, everyone else that works here is amazing. Especially the girl who I believe is in high school. She Could not be more help!β
βThis Walgreens is hands-down the best in Saint Pete. I live in Feather Sound near Caroline and come all the way here because they are far and above the rest. The store is always clean, there's always stock, and most importantly, the pharmacy attendants are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I think his name is Joe, but he is so thoughtful about what your insurance is covering versus what you're spending and takes the time to look up coupons or alternatives for you without you even really having to ask. Every time I come all the employees seem happy in the pharmacy and on the floor. Can't say enough about my good experiences there over the last 3+ years.β
