Here’s a tip if you want a monogram, go to Lids. When I picked up my item and paid $37. I opened it and found a $12 receipt from lids for personalizing my item. Expensive lesson $25. , but now I know.

Paid 15 dollars a t-shirt only for them to make the bottom hem too big. Typically the hem is 1/2" to 3/4'. They made it 1 1/8". For people who look at clothes all day, one would think this is something they would get right without thinking about it. T-shirts are ruined. Wouldn't recommend this establishment.

Took my daughter's homecoming dress here to be altered. When I went to pick it up, the embellishments were not finished and had to wait while she completed them. After I got home, found the hem had not been taken up. Took it back and they ended up cutting it off where the hem was supposed to be - it was Waaayyy toooo short and the $350 dress was ruined. I had three days to find a new dress. Worst experience and customer service. There were people in there complaining about their items not being done and they were getting ready to go on a European vacation. I'm not the only one they have disappointed.

Hem and alter a dress: Was very pleased with the alterations done on my dress for an upcoming wedding. The tailor suggested a couple ways to adjust the dress and it came out perfectly. Very pleased with the result!

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the alteration aspect of this place as my dress that I brought in now fits well. This review is focusing on the fact that I brought in a BRAND NEW dress still with tags on it and when I went to pick up the dress it now had oil stains on 2 different parts of the dress in a T-shaped pattern. One of the stains was directly in the center of chest incredibly noticeable. I brought it up to the gentleman who was checking me out and he said "I don't know what that is but we didn't do it" and "we can't fix stains here". I asked if I could at least have the $55 alteration fee deducted considering they ruined a brand new dress for a wedding I am attending in 3 weeks and now had to bring it to a dry cleaner. He had no remorse or care in the world about the situation and stated he could take off $5 which brought the total then to $53.50 after tax. Now I am paying $20 to get this stain removed from the dress along with the stress of having the wedding in less than a month unaware if the stain will even come out. I would not recommend this place as their customer service is clearly subpar and there are plenty other great alteration spots around town. Will not go back here again.Service: Dress alterations

Charged me more than 50% of what I paid for the dress, after asking me personal questions like what I do for a living, where I live, which one was my car outside. Messed up multiple times, out of the 5 dresses I left there to be altered she messed up 4 of them. I had to go back there 4 times in 5 days for her to fix the them, and then she told me one of my dresses was a lot of work (again her mistakes) and that’s why she had to charge me $150 for one of the alterations.I will focus on the worst ones:(1) had to fix the hem, when I went to pick it up the right side of the dress was 5-6 inches shorter than the left. Very obvious. She tried to tell me that it wasn’t visible (lol). I asked her to please fix it. Meanwhile she’s asking me what I do, where I live, if my car was the one parked outside.(2) I asked her to widen the dress, as it was made to allow 2 inches of alterations, and to shorten the hem. Went back 2 days later, at the time she told me, and she didn’t have it ready. Went back the next day, she widened it (not a good job) but didn’t hem it like I asked. Left a tail on the dress. I asked to please fix it, she said I didn’t tell her I wanted the back shorter. Yes I did. Went back later that day, she fixed the hem, when I went to pay she charged me $150 saying it was a lot of work and I had to go multiple times (again, her responsibility). This happened the night before the event.(3) had to fix the straps, about 3 inches on each side. Went there a few days later, she took 6 inches from the left side, and none from the right side. She asked me to wait 20 mins for her to fix it, I waited a lot more and then she put back about 5 inches on the left, so it was looser than the right. Had to do it one more time, and she was not happy about it.Service: Dress alterations

Not easy to give five star all the time, but these guys deserve it.Fast and done right alterations to two linen pairs of white pants and now taking more to them.Very friendly and professional.The owner is personable and they listen to what you’re trying to do.Very HAPPY!!!!

I rarely write Google reviews but the great quality of the work here deserves recognition. I had the pocket of a bespoke tailored suit catch on an armrest and tear badly. The suit is one of my best, and I didn't know if it could be repaired to the high standard of the clothing; I've not had much success with other tailor/alteration repairs on other suits in the past. This shop did an absolutely outstanding job - the repair is essentially invisible, and I'll get many more years of wear from this fine suit thanks to this great work. Grateful!Service: Alterations
