This morning an associate on the phone told me they would not begin processing the emailed documents until I came in to pay in person, a contradiction to the otherwise excellent service experience I’ve had many times before. Nick apologized for the earlier communication of another associate and while juggling many tasks for other customers, completed my emailed order with ease and excellence.
