I have had such difficulties contacting any management at this location over that last several days. Left on hold for 20 minutes one time only to hang up and try back to receive a voicemail. Have been calling for a few days and keep receiving a voicemail. Have used the texting service to receive a call back, no call backs.
My elderly mother was charged 1000.00 for her recent visit and she has not received an itemized sales receipt so that I could see what they actually charged her for. She was not offered any senior discounts, nor was she offered a discount for AARP. It clearly states on their website they offer these for seniors. In addition she was given a rebate promotional for her contacts which she does not understand and which also requires an itemized receipt for Pearl Vision inorder to qualify. She was also charged a 5.95 "non-cash" charge for using her credit card. This is reprehensible that this company would charge this of a senior on a limited income. I have nothing from this location that was given to my mother that I could look at to help explain to her what she was charged for. This is unethical!
It bothers me that I cannot reach anyone in managment to discuss this with them to get further information.

I had such a great experience at Pearle Vision. Alexandra was so nice and helped me pick out the best pair of glasses. She also followed up with me the next day when I asked her about my contact lenses. Dr. Schwartz and James were also great! Such a friendly place. I love my glasses!!

Would not recommend. I dealt with 5 people between the eye exam, ordering and picking up my glasses. Two were good the other three seemed to be brand new and not trained including the guy who did the first half of my eye exam. I was told it would take about two weeks to get my glasses but after three weeks I called and they were somehow lost at the lab. Finally when I picked them up there was only one other person in the store but they didn’t even try to determine if the new frames fit or needed adjustments. Luckily my wife was there to tell me they were not sitting level and needed to be adjusted. Overall poor attention to detail all through the process.
