“My girls are always excited when we pull in (both locations)...great selection of treats and toys. Staff is always super friendly and knows their products. In fact, my girls are pretty excited to see them as well (and i don't just think it's the treats!).While I would love to see some more dry food options that include grains, I get that space is limited (and demand for high quality foods is likely fierce). I've never doubted the quality of the products I've purchased and I've introduced my dogs to some favorites from St Petersbark for sure.”
“Went in yesterday with my girlfriend to discuss my anxiety induced Dachshund. Man behind the counter (didnt catch his name, had two dogs) was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a different perspective on how i should be handling his anxiety. I very much look forward to shopping here in the future. I can definitely see myself becoming a regular here and visiting extremely frequently!”
“I have been with this great groomer for 8 years n he is the best I have ever gone to n loves your baby like you do for my girl was abused before I got her n was scared of everyone n men big time but, she took to him right away n was shocked. I would never go to any one else n the price I bet is the cheapest here n still would go to him if was higher.. I am a picky person when comes to my baby n know she is in good hands.. You must a less try..”

“I just HAVE to leave a review about “Nature’s Pet Herbals CBD oil”! (at Animal House Naturals). My Irish Wolfhound was 13 years old & everyone was giving up on him because of his age. I tried Natures Pet CBD and on Day 4, he was like a PUPPY again! My husband bought The CBD Store brand for dogs, we tried it & my dog went downhill (could barely walk at the end of the bottle). I went back to Nature’s Pet CBD & AGAIN on Day 4 he was back to being like a puppy AGAIN! Amazing! “Sebastian” lived 2 & 1/2 MORE YEARS (15 yr old Irish Wolfhound!) because of that brand! RIP Sebas!”
“I give this store 5 stars for going above and beyond for customer service. A few weeks ago I bought a hard plastic dog crate from a different Pet Supermarket in Tampa. We are moving to Hawaii and have a cross country drive we are in the middle of now. The evening before we left I noticed a crack on my dogs crate, frantic since I knew the airline is very strict and wouldn’t let her fly in that I called the nearest Pet Supermarket. No medium crate available. The 3 nearest stores did not have a medium. The 4th store I spoke to the manager and explained the situation and she agreed to allow me to exchange the crate since I did have my receipt. We drove 45min each way but so thankful they had one available and allowed me the exchange even though the original purchase was from a different store. Made a stressful situation and stressful move a little bit better!! Thank you so much!”

“I get my cat's nails trimmed at their grooming salon twice a month. Matt is by far our favorite groomer! He's so good with Luna, I think she actually gets excited about going there!! ?

“Be careful ordering ahead of time and paying to pick it up. Went in today saw they were busy and saw all the carts w/ orders mine was easy to spot...I verified my name and order # w/ email and got in line behind 1 person at counter. Cashier starts shouting next in line I ask am I not in the right place I'm picking up my order. She proceeds to tell me 3x that I'm supposed to get in line then show them the email and wait for them to go get, while others are helped and then proceeds to shout again next in line. I simply say I didn't know and proceeds to tell me a 4th time the protocol and only then decides to very I have right order following me saying have a nice day & shouting for next customer ( the people she kept shouting at were visiting w/ a couple that had a stroller and baby still deciding on items at the front). Guess easier to have delivered next time lol”

“This is a wonderful place owned by a wonderful dog lover. Who used to work with southeastern guide dogs.
They carry Fromm dog food.
Which is what I buy for my service animal.”
