I had a very disappointing visit today, a perfect example of how to lose a repeat customer in the grooming department. I had a reservation for my dog to get a bath and brush, like I said, I am a repeat customer, the only proof I had with me that my dog is current with her rabies vaccine was the vet receipt for her county license. Everyone knows that you can’t get a license without a rabies vaccine right? Well not the so-called pet experts at Pet Supplies Plus. The grooming staff stated, my manager is in the building and has given me problems because we’ve let this slide in the past. I asked to speak with the manager but there was nothing I could say to make him change his mind. Customer service is getting so bad, no one is willing to be flexible and listen and use common sense.

I will never step foot in this location ever again. My dog got groomed today like he does every other month. I was at work so my fiancé picked him up when he was ready. The groomer, not knowing who my fiancé was picking up, starting BAD MOUTHING MY DOG TO HIM!!! To top it all off, she didn’t even apologize after realizing her mistake. I’ve been coming to Pet Supplies Plus for years, I will never support them again. To top it all off, she cut my dog in multiple spots all over his body. They should be ashamed of themselves. Be careful getting your dogs groomed here.

Probably should stop in here more often. I know my free-range kitties would like that. Only been here a couple times but the staff is always been nice and friendly and very fast to check out. Excellent selection.

Be careful getting your dogs groomed here. Extremely poor service. Groomers will talk negatively about your dogs to other customers / your face. Ie ; “this dogs a pain in the ass” etc. If you need your dog groomed, look elsewhere. If the groomers behavior wasn’t bad enough, dogs come back with scrapes and patchy haircuts. This place is absolutely repulsive, and management does nothing to stop it

Did the self service pet wash and while my dog doesn’t love baths, it makes it so easy! She’s a Shepard so the blowers are amazing to get her dry and shed some extra fur

Convenient location with a great selection. Plenty of easy parking and the staff is always nice. They have DIY dog bathingo and professional groomers.

We are treated like family each time we go in. Milo loves going there and getting groomed! He is welcomed w open arms! They treat him like their own dog! They do such a great job and take into consideration the dogs anxiety as well. Gina helped me w an issue and went above and beyond! I can't say enough good about them! Highly recommend

pleased that they're in my neighborhood a nice staff it's quick and easy! I know there's a little bit of turnover there, but I always see the same Manager . She's very nice and very professional.

Please come visit here. This store has excellent staff, great selections for all your pet's needs. Very helpful, they even do order ahead and curbside pickup.

Fish have been having diseases. Prices are up. More or just as expensive as everywhere else. It was the cheapest place when they first opened but ive seen the prices grow to match other stores around. And for some reason the phone number associated with my account has changed TWICE without me doing so. Not sure what that's about? Like someone else had changed my number so they could get a discount? Thats the only thing that makes sense but no clue how they could do that.
