So helpful; when our home flooded during hurricane Helene, our pool pump was ruined. The staff gave easy to follow instructions on how to install the new pump. Very grateful!

The only Pinch A Penny store in the area that helped me submit a warranty claim for a defective salt cell. They took their time to listen to me, tested the cell in the store and gave me a replacement on the spot. Amazing!
