Have lived in a beautiful home on 46th Ave N for almost 5 months and have had virtually no issues. I absolutely love my home and the team is USUALLY (9 out of 10 times) helpful and have been able to help me fix my AC, toilet and a leaky pipe. I appreciate Kim and how easy she is to text and although we didn’t agree on one issue I called her I was really upset due to the hurricane and I remember she was STERN but mostly helpful and it was nice she didn’t even hang up on me and listened and yes I was crying. I admit this time during the hurricane was very tough on me and I’m a first responder so it was beyond challenging and I can’t imagine how others feel as well.
For a 2 bedroom home (Just me and my dog) and a 4500 deposit for only 1800 a month I am blessed to live here. I absolutely love it and it has had minimal issues and is a great place to stay. I love my neighbors they are all super kind and nice and even my neighbor mows my lawn and backyard for 20 dollars a month. He is super nice and I appreciate his help because I’m a female and I don’t own a lawn mower. My last apartment really sucked it was a tiny studio downtown I paid 2500 a month it was awful my dog had no space and it was absolute hell. I found this beauty on the market and I am so lucky as it’s not in a hurricane zone either. Seriously, my happiness being here and not stuck in a downtown apartment paying a quarter more for 500 square feet is TOTALLY worth it. My lab who loves to run has a huge backyard and overall I am so happy.
Anyways; yes there’s been some issues; bugs and stuff and the AC is very loud but it’s overall a great place to live for a recent college grad just starting to get into the work force.
Thanks team and looking forward to renew next year. Wont find a better price than I do here.

As a tenant and an owner I've dealt with many property management companies over the years. Kim and Bill at PMP are certainly the best. Their responsiveness alone sets them above the rest.

Bill and his entire team were GREAT. Very responsive to any request, pleasant to deal with and extremely timely whenever we had an issue. PROFESSIONAL should be in the name because that's exactly what they are!

I highly recommend AVOIDING "Creepy Bill' and PMP.
I rented a place from out of town and had nothing but filth, ants, and mold during my stay. I contacted the city, who cited several violations, including broken, loose floor tile, inoperable windows, and others.
Creepy Bill agreed that these items had to be replaced and the house would have to be vacant and agreed that the lease would be void...5 months later I'm still waiting on my deposit, weighing the options of taking Creepy Bill to court...
Avoid these people at all costs...I could bring my neighbor to court to attest to Creepy Bill's behavior, remarks, and condition of the buiding...Creepy Bill was incredibly rude to her, a disabled senior veteran.
I would say Creepy Bill is the consumate Liar/slumlord, he will lie thru his teeth right to your face.

Not real happy w/ their phone etiquette, i was actually hung-up on while trying to have them contact the property owner next door about a fence issue occurring during the building of a new home next door, and in fact emailed right after requesting that I only contact them via email & no longer by phone. i was only contacting by phone because nothing has been done for the last week & i thought i would ping them on fixing it.
In response to their response: I was simply trying to get them to contact the property owner, while they were telling me what they wanted me to do, as if i was in their position. Property mgmt professionals should grant the requests of their residence, if everything those residents have done so far doesn't work. They refused to do this, as i was talked over the entire time during the request, ignorance belies belligerency, i guess. Needless to say, I finally met & spoke w/ the next door builders' PM, who had it fixed right away, after hearing of my property managements ineptness at following a resident's request.

PMP managed our Pinellas County rental for four years and provided great service. Bill and team were always readily available and provided recommendations for handyman and other services that were cost effective and did quality work. The communication line between the tenant was clear and concise and our rent disbursement occurred like clockwork. PMP also made sure that any issues or problems were addressed factually and promptly. If we have rental property needs again in the future we will definitely use the team at PMP and highly recommend their services.

I spent much time "vetting" this property management firm for a residence I was leasing in "Old Northeast Neighborhood", including pricing comparisons, interviews, and reviews. Of the many property firms in St. Petersburg FL, this firm stood out as one the most experienced and highly recommended. Based on my phone and in person interviews, Bill Davis was also the most helpful, responsive, and insightful as to what expectations would be realistic. It was not the most expensive firm I interviewed, but neither was it the least expensive. Over the past year, the firm has been professional, proactive, responsible, and extremely reliable and trustworthy. The staff is always professional, friendly, and courteous. The firm was able to secure for me a dependable, financially-responsible and reputable tenant in a short time for my residence, and our financial arrangements have been honored as agreed. Issues that have arisen have been dealt with promptly and responsibly, and communications are excellent. When services or work has been needed, the referrals they have provided have been excellent. It has been a stress-free, friendly, professional relationship from Day 1. I would not hesitate to recommend PMP to anyone. The only advice I would offer is that you communicate fully with PMP, in advance, any expectations you have to insure your expectations are realistic and that you both are "on the same page" as to the level of service you seek. In my case, PMP has exceeded my expectations in every situation, and it has never disappointed in delivering what it promised.

[ Property owner perspective ]
When determining who to select to market and manage my family's property, I carefully vetted several local management companies with an eye on professionalism, communication, responsiveness, integrity, fairness (for the renter AND the owner) and character judgement. While a few presented as competent, Bill and PMP seemed far and away exceptional in all. And, they've proven it, again and again.
Bill is *relentlessly reliable* - on many occasions, he has gone out of his way to help me manage some pretty unique and challenging circumstances. Through numerous decisions and events, Bill and Kim have demonstrated what *trusted partners* they truly are. And, on to of this, they're really kind people.
Being at a great distance from your property can bring anxiety and unexpected challenges. Having property managers you trust to make decisions on your behalf or to partner with, is critical.
Look no further.

Bill and Kim have been managing my property for almost 4 years now and they have been great! I am out of country and cannot be there, but they have taken care of all problems, repairs and even damages from hurricane and handling all aspects of what needs to be done. It has been great experience and hoping to continue this relationship.

Bill Davis and his staff have done a solid, professional job, and have also been very easy and pleasant to work with. The communication is superb, they are always a call, email, or text away, and they always keep me appropriately informed. I know I can always count on them to make the most sound decisions regarding my property.

I'm sure the staff is great but Karen Evans stay away from. She talks to you like a child and everytime we spoke it ended up in an argument because of her poor attitude. I've been a solid renter for 5 years never missed a payment and even paid early at times. I hardly ever complained about something and if it broke I usually took care if it. I even added ceiling fans to the bedrooms and put in energy efficient lighting in the house along with reusable air filters, fixed the delaminating doors, fixed the sliding screen door that never worked, added new shrub bed with weed barrier, mulch, and shrubs, and some new sprinkler heads, all of which cost me money. She allows the own who by the way never fixed the broken irrigation system and sold the house, to comeback on me for a petty $40. Nothing about the house but to mow the grass after I left, which was dead from the lack of irrigation. Do yourself a favor and stay away, the leases are very vague and left to the intepetation of the PM and owners. They don't stick up for you because all you are to them is a check in the mailbox and when it is time to collect your deposit, they expect the house to be exactly like it was wether you are there for 1 year or 30. It better be the same as day 1.
