New storage location that saved us after hurricane Helene. thankful that we got a unit because they sold out fast.
You access the door through an app that doesn't work for most people after initial set up. the employees suggested uninstalling the app and that did fix the issue. with everyone trying to put things in storage after Helene, it was chaos with people not being able to open the door, not enough carts and limited parking. after several days of leaving people to fend for themselves, they did add employees in the parking area to help direct vehicles in/out.
Couple of months later and the biggest issue remaining is the lack of parking. if you have a large truck or van - good luck. there is no space for anything larger than a standard car/truck. It looks like they may be expanding parking on the other side of the building but no one can confirm.
I'll update my review (and rating) if they fix the vehicle access problem.

My experience help was very smooth and pleasant. I got everything I needed it was affordable and I'm very pleased. Crissy was extremely helpful and very pleasant she got me what I needed. Thanks a bunch

This review is for the facility and premises as I was not involved with renting this unit.
I moved a pickup truck load of personal belongings to help a neighbor. It was about 6:30 or 7 pm, it was dark but the building is well lit. We had no problems seeing where we were going I like the idea about the automatic doors and they provide Warehouse style carts to move your items.
Even though this is not my unit, I had a pleasant experience moving the items into the building and to the actual storage unit.

Updating my review. Complained about the 75 percent increase in less than a year. They kindly offered me a credit over three months. Appreciate that they paid attention to my review and listened to my concerns. Still price hikes in these places are frequent but we pay for them convenience of a place to store our stuff I guess.

Ki was such a big help in picking the right storage unit and helping out when we had a problem. Very attentive and excellent customer service! I’ve never really had great service at a storage unit, but she was amazing-worthy of writing a review! Ki is a keeper! So glad I chose this location.

My unit was sold over $132 in late fees. I was never behind enough for it to be in auction, I called customer service, they told me my balance was zero & nothing about late fees. I had no notification that it was going to be auctioned. They even took a payment after it was auctioned. They received every dime from me on top of getting the auction price. Me & my son’s entire life was in this unit. I attached all my payments from the app, they were wrong & robbed me!!!!!!! Beware!!!

Ki is the best! She is there on site almost every day of the week and is a huge help! Always love when there is a familiar face on site instead of being referred to a call center like most Public Storage locations do. Ki makes this property unique and pleasant to rent from in the world of Storage facility's that just don't care!

This place ripped us off. We contacted them to make arrangements to store what salvageable belongings we had left after being flooded, losing nearly everything in our home from Hurricane Helene. We contacted them after we realized they booked us for the location north and didn’t have the size we needed at the south location. We were told that since we never even came on property to the unit they would refund us and we would see it 5-7 back to our bank account. That never happened. Calling a third time to find out why we still haven’t received our nearly $300 refunded they then told it was against their policy. I don’t care how nice this storage facility is or can withstand hurricane force winds, they are robbing people that just suffered a horrible tragedy, and in dire need of funds to get us by through these trying times.
