I live down the street from this Publix. I stop by to pick up some BOGO deals maybe once a week. Really like this location but the restrooms may need a little attention.

Only giving this location four stars as I didn't go inside, I did a curbside pick up. I checked in tgrough the app letting them know I was on my way, tge employee was in the parking lot waiting for me. She was very pleasant, loaded my order and I was on my way home lickedy split. I usually don't use this service as the pruces of all items are marked up. U received a $20 gift code from Publix if I purchased at minimun $50 via pick up ir delivery so I took advantage. The process was easy and rather painless. Not sure if I will use it again because of the up charge but nice to know it is an option. I think I would rather see Publix start their own curbside program, they have it outsourced to instantcart.

Recently moved from Atlanta and having a hard time finding a Primary doctor. I need my inhaler especially during this pandemic, but no refills. I’ve moved states previously and had other pharmacists agree it’s just an inhaler and they’ll give me one extra refill while I search for a primary doctor, but this location told me “they’d rather me catch covid than give me an extra refill for my inhaler” and that’s me literally quoting the pharmacist. Zero stars if I could, who says that to someone?

At check out, Matthew, the sacker got very upset that I asked him not to put canned goods on top of produce that would be bruised and squashed. I asked nicely. Then his attitude was ridiculous and extremely rude. I only asked that one thing of him. Management said it was a lack of common sense on his part. I know they have customers that are very demanding but one request was not demanding. Good grief. Happy new year Matthew!

Beautiful store: well lit, well stocked, wide aisles and clean. Employees were friendly and helpful. I walked around after using their restroom facilities. Clean bathroom, adequately stocked, and in working order. I had to use a restroom, and Publix was nearby and safe. I'm glad I had to stop. This was a really nice store! I was impressed inside and outside. Outside, I don't recall a nearby Publix having secure bicycle parking, or spots just for motorcycles. The signs about "No employee parking between signs" showed a deference to their customers. The store was busy, and everyone seemed to be adhering to CDC guidelines during this pandemic. My usual a Publix stores are 3 in Palm Harbor, nest my home. But I was in the area visiting a friend. If you get a flu shot (Already??), remember to get your $10 gift card. And I wonder if I should take the mask off when using the ATM?

I am so upset. I try to be patient with everyone who are also upset about the Coronavirus. I have ordered over $800 in groceries over the past three weeks. I was told your shoppers shop and then we are refunded the difference if it's another price and/or the difference. I have been overcharged every time. Our delivery person happened to give us our Publix receipt for the first time and our groceries came to 38.58. I was charged $58.58 on my debit card. My previous order was 275.00! I understand delivery fees and tip but that's ridiculous. I had 10 items... I have shopped at Publix for many years. I am 69 and terminally ill. To price gouge people who are most vulnerable is unacceptable. We have been asked not to leave our homes. I hope you can fix this. Cordially, Linda K. People, insist on your receipt! I LIVE IN ST PETERSBURG
