Dennis was awesome! I Honestly didn't think I could ever be fit properly on an electric bike, I am under 5' in height, want to be able to touch with both feet. Dennis, however executed a perfect demonstration for me on the perfect style of bike. I purchased same day and now super excited to pick it up and ride! Thank you!

Employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. They have always been able to help me. I have owned 4 Rad bikes and will always use this brand because of their ride and comfort and the customer service!

Bought a new Radrunner 3 plus in 2024. Have 1300 miles on it. Throttle stopped working, called service, they helped me temp repair so I had power to ride it in to the shop. Needed new controller. Replaced in 1 hour while I waited, covered by warranty. Best e-bike service experience ever. Buy here, just the quick service is worth it.

Great e-bike store. Had my bike in for a recurring problem. Unfortunately, my bike was out of warranty and needed a new controller. Service folks very kindly charged me only for the part and not the labor. Love My Rad.

I have to share my experience with Rad Power Bikes. I bought a 2nd hand RadRover for a friend's challenged son. Only had it for a day before it stopped working. I called and spoke with Nate,Service Mgr, he said bring it in and we will see what's going on. I dropped it off in the morning with I believe Jerry, a different service tech,before noon I had a call with complete diagnostic and repair completed. The bill was reduced significantly I believe because of the situation and their genuine concern to help this young man keep volunteering with his church. I highly recommend this company to purchase and have your ebikes repaired. The bikes are sturdy and well built using quality components. A huge shout out to the staff at Rad Power Bikes!!
