I’m so disappointed in the service I experienced today there was a very sick employee that came to work coughing uncontrollably and was spitting in a cup in front of us the customers then saying she needs to go to the emergency room also stating she had the chills and that she was cold and had a heating pad on her chest but didn’t want to leave the other employee told her to go home she got up and came right by us coughing in our face and spitting in the cup it was disgusting she didn’t care about anyone but herself knowing COVID 19 is on the rise that was extremely tasteless on top of everything she wasn’t covering her mouth while coughing please address unprofessional behavior

I love the staff, very helpful and the cleanest Rainbow I have ever visited. There is a ton of stuff in this store! Why don't they have heels, party dresses, or even boots like the other stores? If you want a t shirt or a pair of jeans this is the perfect Rainbow. I can get that at any store in Tyrone Mall. Rainbow is supposed to have latest fashion trends and sexy clothes. This store is geared for tennis shoes, jeans, basic t shirt wearing 12 yr olds. STEP IT UP RAINBOW

No dressing rooms!!! I had six items put them all back on the shelf. What’s the point to come in person and not shop online if I can’t try it on?Rainbow did you even read my review before responding with a corporate blanket statement? I’m upset because I can’t try on clothes in your stores. The reason people go in store is to try the clothes on!

Just left the St Pete store with not one piece of clothing that I wanted to buy. The 2 girls working in the store today did not even have the decency to even say hello. Even though i walked around the store a couple of times looking at different items I was interested in. Might want to look into completing a new customer session and see how they would feel when they would walk into a store and get no greeting. I'll try another Rainbow store and see what happens. But i don't think this review will change anything just my opinion.
