I haven't had my car too long, so when noticing something sprayed what appeared to be soda all over the hood that I couldn't remove, I was even more upset that I normally would have been. I work close by and had taken my car to a detailer that I could walk to. THOSE guys were clueless as to what it was or how to get it off...a waste of $50 for the detailing I didn't really need otherwise. I knew there was a self-wash place off of 94th and I thought maybe if I went there, I could have better luck with the high-pressure wash but failed. I then noticed Redline behind the self-wash and pulled up and asked Chris, who was in the middle of finishing a big van, if he could take a look. He came out with a microfiber rag and a touch of lacquer thinner and sure enough, got the soda right out and only charged a few bucks for his time. Redline and Chris saved the day, and I can't recommend them high enough.

Just a great overall experience from scheduling an appointment, to explanation of packages, timeliness of service, and last but not least they made my car look better than a new one off the lot. Can’t recommend redline enough to anyone in this area. I’ll never go anywhere else again. This is the standard.

BEWARE: I'm not sure how this place has 4.8 Stars. I just picked up my car from getting an exterior detail and found many spots that I literally rubbed off with my finger. I didn't even get around the whole vehicle without finding numerous spots. I'm not sure what they consider an external detail but this is definitely not a good job, whatsoever. The bottom of my car still had dirt & water spots on it, including the front grill. Again, this is only the hood, front & mirrors I have looked at, so far. When I showed them the spots that I found, the owner or manager said, "Well, we're not perfect.". In my opinion, you don't need to be perfect to do a good job or have some pride in your workmanship. Just know that if you use these guys, you may not be getting a quality product for your payment. I canceled my second car appointment for the day. I won't be back!Services: Clay bar treatment
