Absolutely the worst in connectivity!Spectrum is leading the cable industry in dropped packets and no signal for the price that you pay every month. Absolutely the worst internet service that money can buy. Spectrum cannot keep you connected to the Internet at constant intervals and their tech support is basically someone reading from a manual for untrained employees. They offer little or no help at all. Horrible service at inflated prices!

Before getting excited about the 29.99 monthly phone bill.go into the store.after you realize you have to sign in,then wait.you will be told that you have to have their internet AND get new phone.commercials are misleading.unless you have/want spectrum as your internet provider,go with metro.

On October 26 I visited the spectrum store at 1402 66th Street. I have had a Android phone for over twenty years. I met with Finnegan Small a spectrum representative who was exceptional! He explained an update to the iphone and I was sold. I was given over two hundred dollars a s a trade-in from my android. He packaged my old phone with postage and all I had to do was cross the street to the post office drop-off. Again my experience was exceptional, Informative and thorough getting me the best deal! I returned the following week and had my son's iphone updated to an 15 also. Again, Mr. Small explained the advantages of paying off my son's phone for an upgrade to a 15. I did so and we walked out of the store with his new phone. Mr. small took care of all the data transfers with ease. You can't get better service. He should be commended! the review doesn't stop here. I returned the following week and purchased an ipad for my business with Mr. Finnegan again guiding through the purchase with ease. By the way, after my first encounter I asked for Mr. Small directly by making an appointment. He is a credit to making Spectrum customers comfortable and getting just what you need.

This company is extremely untrustworthy! DO NOT do business with these people. I called to get my power changed from one address to another & the power company xferred me to Spectrum to explain their move-in "specials". As they were explaining their "great deals", I was online with one of their competitors (whom has an infinitely better deal). I was CRYSTAL-CLEAR with the Spectrum rep when telling her that I did NOT want to subcribe with them. Two hours later, I receive an email saying, "Welcome to Spectrum." WHAT? So, I had to call Spectrum & explain that this is a terrible business practice; signing people up for their service who have declined the offers. I was assured that the order would be canceled and nothing to worry about. Imagine my surprise when all my Spectrum product shows-up at the apartment (Router & Modem) that I did not order, and should NOT have received. My guess is that their sales people are under immense pressure to close new sales, and that coupled with poor leadership equates to bad business practices. We see this stuff happen time and again! There is nothing to be trusted about this company! I made it clear to the girl who tried signing me up, as well as the Supervisor with whom I spoke to once I received the email welcoming me to service that I never agreed to. Now, I have to take the time out of my day to go and return equipment that shouldn't have been sent to me anyways!!!! Completely unacceptable!!! Dishonesty erodes a company from the inside-out, and usually starts at the top!!!*****Here's an interesting plot twist: aproximately 3hrs after posting this review, I get an email from Spectrum saying, "Let's Setup Your Account". I'm not possible how a company could be more dishonest, but so far Spectrum is setting an amazing example of how NOT to treat potential customers! The level of dishonesty & lack of concern for doing the wrong thing is staggering! Has this company ever been held accountable for anything? It seems clear they do what they want and you just take it. Do you and your family a HUGE FAVOR and do NOT contact them, and DO NOT give them your information!!!!! The CANNED ANSWER they responded with below is just that. You're not "sorry" for anything; bots are running this business....

Zero Stars is more appropriate! They have outages constantly and you MUST pay close attention to your bill. They have overcharged me so many times and then try to blow you off to your bank to dispute it. The issue is on their side and will not help in any way to resolve or try to help. The service is beyond poor at best and customer service is non-existent. Channels do not work for long periods of time (days) and when calling in for help you get told to watch another channel. This company has zero morals!!!They are just scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm surprised the reviews don't better reflect the experience I actually had at this store. My visit was very smooth and I received exactly what I needed in an easy, expedited fashion. Stephany was particularly helpful and friendly. I recommend folks schedule an appointment and show up 5 minutes before your appointment time to be seen almost immediately. It's a convenient service and easy to schedule. Thanks again, Stephany :)

Finn was absolutely AMAZING! After countless calls to customer service, my mother-in-law’s mobile phone service is finally active and she is at ease. I will come to this store specifically for Finn to assist me and my family from now on. THANKS AGAIN FINN!

Terrible service.I do clean outs and was trying I do the right thing by dropping off a box I found in an apartment clean out.I walked in the door and got yelled at.I have never been in this location before.They have become nothing more than a stupid cellphone company.Then they took a customer who walked in 10 minutes after me. I just wanted to drop off equipment and got yelled at again.When my husband’s finally cuts the cable I’ll never ever have to deal with spectrum again!

I technically got followed by a local gang member I've never seen before to this location. The service INSIDE was great, but as soon as I arrived in the parking lot in a vehicle, there was yet another unknown character in this town, there, waiting for me in the parking lot trying to discreetly do mean things to me. Who knows how far it could have escalated. Normally, these people will escalate violence, and theft as much as they can if you begin to acknowledge their harassing and intimidating behavior. Many of them seem to be black males, like the one was at this particular location I encountered. He somehow knew I was about to arrive at the location, like he was ready for me or something.

Honest guy helped us old people. Can't remember his name. Unlike Verizon who had me sign a blank screen when I got a new phone. He said there was no charge. But I really signed a contract for 2 years of paying 25.00 a month. After that , 2 weeks later, I got a letter that told me I had 10 days to change my mind. The guy lied to me. I just wanted my phone fixed.

Made a reservation online for 1:20pm and was helped by 1:22pm. Stephanie was professional and polite. She was knowledgeable with what I needed done (adding a phone to my existing internet account) and because of that, it made the process extremely quicker than I thought it would be. I would absolutely recommend her and the 66th St location to anyone looking to make the switch to Spectrum.

When I moved to my current high rise bldg June 2022, the rent included BASIC CABLE with Spectrum. APPROXIMATELY 100 Channels. I thought it was bad energy the constant OUTAGES, but what happened today really pissed me off. Now that they figured the popularity of the TURNER CLASSIC MOVIES CHANNEL ( aka TCM). channel 53....they REMOVED IT today.I'd have to pay $12/ mos direct billing to my apt, just to get that one channel back. Greedy Corporate crap. Shame on them.

They r after me crazies,called about wire tampering side of apt bldg I live in.i have seen them work in this box before and proceeded to make obscene phones calls to me and emails.they said my service was fine but they wanted to check the box,they came pounding in my door said they had to let me in and didn't answer.they said they would be back

Understaffed. Not the team's fault, but ugh.One guy was great. Absolutely freaking great. The line was long, it was past time for him to go home, and he was moving customers along as quickly as he possibly could while still being friendly, funny, and engaged. He was solving customers' issues, greeting people that came in, apologising for the wait.The other one droned on with his customers about absolutely everything except the task at hand....zero urgency, zero efficiency. Speedy guy taking his fourth while this guy prattled on about his freaking vacation.Make Robert the manager.

Went in to pick up some equipment.. It was a great experience from check in to check out. The rep was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Got me the best deal they were differing and it was a fast and easy process. Good job!
