St. Pete Meat & Provisions is a family-owned butcher shop providing St. Petersburg and surrounding areas with nutritious and delicious meats and curated provisions. It is a carnivore's dream, reminiscent of a traditional butcher but more sophisticated and modern. The shop offers an amazing quality and variety protein selection that is very hard to find elsewhere, including wagyu, venison, elk, duck, alligator, and Australian beef, along with fish, pork, and chicken. They specialize in whole animal butchery, cutting, curing, and dry-aging in house, resulting in excellent aged steaks with perfect marbling. All seasonings are house made and their seasoning selection is amazing. The staff are consistently noted as friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful, able to provide custom cuts. The shop has a great selection that is hard to find in the downtown area, much better than chain grocery stores. Customers also praise deals like Wagyu Wednesdays and the wonderful smell upon entering.

We are sick of buying chicken at Publix. It never tastes good. Came here for some quality chicken and a pork butt for our new smoker and Joey was super helpful!! Highly recommend you stop going to the grocery store for meat and come here instead!
