Incredible fresh quality meat. I get the chicken here and it’s from a local farm! This is how food should be. So grateful!!

We have relocated to South Tampa for 6 months and thought we try this business(we have a great butcher back home). We bought two bone in Pork Chops and two NY Strips. They were magnificent to say the least. Each cut of meat was the best I ever have had! Juicy and the meat melted in each bite. We will be back!

I come here because of my job. The crew there is awesome, everyone there is very knowledgeable about the products and very nice. Corrine is a great butcher and has good customer service skills. Definitely recommend checking out this place if your in the area.

We specialize in whole animal butchery, which allows us to offer a variety of cuts, while utilizing as much as we can from each animal. We cut, cure, and dry-age in house. All of our seasonings are house made, and our provisions are thoughtfully-sourced.
