My husband and I were long time customers. We had a major issue after they switched to their automated kiosk. We had dropped off 5 pants, and 5 pants were returned, however after taking a closer look at home, one of the pants was not ours. I went back to return it and get our pants, but they said they couldn't find it. The owner was extremely rude. The pants in question were very expensive and she did not refund me for the loss. We have stopped going there.

My first time going here since they installed the self serve computer kiosk. When I picked up my clothes it also gave me someone else's pants. I knocked on the door. No employees working there. I will never take my clothes here again considering they just gave me someone else's dry cleaning for free. I dropped the clothes that were not mine back in the drop off machine so hopefully some lady gets her pants back. Major technology FAIL!

Dislike their kiosk approach. I’d rather engage with a person. And I really dislike paying a premium price while they eliminate cost and widen their margin. If they’re saving money, so should I.

Sun Country is the BEST! We have enjoyed bringing our clothes to Sun Country for 20 years. Employees are incredibly friendly, service is great and our clothes are always SUPER SPIFFY! Why would anyone go somewhere else?

Normally everything goes well. This time everything was off. I was getting a very small hole in my shorts repaired. The first price I was told would cost around $25, then I asked to see what I paid last time for similar repairs and it was less than $6.00 and was told that they would adjust to the price. I stopped by to pick up my item on the appropriate pickup dates, by the third time and close to a month later they had my shorts and the final price $12.84. Not a positive experience this time around. At least the workers were nice when delivering bad news. I would consider returning if some kind of worthwhile discount was offered. Thanks

The cost of dry cleaning here is outrageous and the service itself has gone downhill. $16-17 for a standard women’s dress is robbery and I will no longer be coming back. To add to the insult, when I had dropped my clothing off, the worker told me to take all the matching fabric belts off of my clothing. Belts need to be washed too, don’t they? Not here - because they told me they typically lose them in the process, so it’s better for me to hold onto them myself. Instead of doing their job properly and fastening the belts with a safety pin and washing them, they want me to take them off myself and not have them get cleaned, yet still charge full price. No, thank you.
