Sun Country Cleaners creates a lot of traffic and offers no employee parking This selfish manner burdens all of the other businesses by taking up all of the parking spaces. Employees don't have anywhere to park. All of the spaces where the building has not provided for employee and client parking, pushes all the cars to all the other surrounding businesses. I need case law to figure out how to resolve this infringement on all of our rights here in this neighborhood. of that space for delivery drivers and potential business clients. Forced street parking for employees results in "ALL DAY blockage" of all deliveries and visitors. It is unfair and I believe it violates a part of the "anti-trust" laws. After repeated attempts to "be nice" to talk to them, they're answer is no answer. Of what can be done that they can have parking elsewhere to allow delivery drivers, ubers, pick up and drop offs to be for other businesses. They have monopolized the parking and burdened the entire block and all the businesses around them. It is also a pedestrian hazard. I have tried several times to resolve this situation. They are unyielding to my requests. I stopped the people there from feeding the squirrels peanuts and she calls me the "squirrel killer" She is puposely trying to get back at me, exact her revenge for me calling corporate to stop her and her friend from feeding peanuts to the squirrels.

When I when to drop my shirts off on 12-21-23 that I always thought would be the same day since it was 7:30am the lady stated I was incorrect, that my laundry would not be ready until 12-27-23!
She stated this was your policy there was no written notice or email stating this, she when on and told be I could take my laundry somewhere else. I always find it interesting when I'm paying for a service and the person attitude is not how to be part of the solution but part of the problem. I left the shirts because I wanted to take use the discounted coupons and had no time to have a negative conversation with a person telling me my down fall in using Sun Country Cleaners.
