Beyond unprofessional. Have called for 2 weeks regarding office space availability and was told by Mark that the manager Brooke would reach out. Never got a call. Followed up today and requested the manager's number and email to get the ball rolling. Mark then provides me the same main office line and would not provide an email. Avoid at all costs.
Update: Manager, Brooke reached out via email. Only to state she has no availability after Mark explicitly stated for 2 weeks they had the office space we needed. Use Industrious, Expansive, Regus or Rising Tide Innovation. Do not use Thrive DTSP. Horrible establishment with uninformed, uneducated and untrained staff that have no sense of urgency or care.

Very unprofessional management who is suspect with their communications and follow up. No response from Brooke for over a month after I expressed interest multiple times in signing up and I was given the excuses of "the holidays" and then "a mechanical error." Moving on and not going to wait for a third excuse....something is a bit off at this place.

We just opened up our St Pete office here and I couldn’t be more excited. The energy and community is inspiring to be a part of. The team is engaging and friendly. Yesterday we had a glass of wine and listened to live performances of holiday music. I suggest you come in and check it out.

So grateful to this business and it's warm staff for opening up their space for free to all of us without power, wifi and still needing to work after back to back hurricanes. The stocked break room with "extra strong" and "not as strong" Kahwah coffee was also appreciated!

Thrive feels like true community. The people, the vibe, and the space are relaxed yet professional. Ashley and Mark at the front desk staff may be the kindest and most helpful two humans I’ve ever met, at a Coworking space, and I’ve been a member of five. The events are fun and varied and breakfast on Thursdays is such a nice touch. Their set up, allows you to come and go quietly or truly engage and be a part of community… A true choose your own adventure set up that to me, is a win-win.
