I had the best customer service during an extremely stressful shopping day, Christmas Eve. As I checked out Jaimie, sales associate was so friendly, kind and made me aware of a better gift card deal, mascara deal and to top it off found additional discount with a coupon. She made my day! Thank you Jaimie! I look forward to shopping there again.

Great experience. I was looking for a perfume I couldn't find and the sales associate was extremely helpful and we were able to find the one left that was in the store. I've always had great experiences in. The staff is always very friendly and helpful when I go in because I am not a makeup person but my girls are.

I needed a specific travel blush. Ulta happened to have it on great sale price. When I arrived to the store consultant Ashley was nice to navigate me to the right spot but they were out of stock. She then helped me to make an order for home delivery for free. It arrived and I'm pleased with the order! Thank you for the great price and service!

Service and consultation are better at Sephora. Employee here was about to test the pressed powder foundation on my face without sanitizing first. There's no way I would allow it.

This location is very neat and organized EXCEPT for the travel size perfume rack which is always half empty and a total mess. It's super annoying especially since you have to hunt down an employee to unlock every case to try testers of the regular sized perfumes. I am sure they are missing out on a TON of fragrance sales due to these two MAJOR issues.

The manager is very rude and making you very uncomfortable when u want her to authorize a return. Why Ulta have the policy to return up to 60 days and we can't return something for 2 weeks. She said product has to be gentle use. But, skin reaction somethimes does not appear after 2 weeks.It has never happened something like this at other locations. Just this morning manger is very rude.

I just moved to St. Pete and had no clue about any hair salons. To be honest, I've had the same hairstylist for almost 10 years! After a recommendation, I made an appointment with Sadie, and she was great! She took the time to correct my faded color, gave me a fantastic blowout, and has such a nice personality! (For reference I have cooper/brownish color). I'll definitely be back!!

I went in for a hair color consultation, and Sadie is amazing. She did a patch test on my hair and went over the process with me. Can't wait to go back and get the hair color (vivids) done.

They never have everything I need when I go in. Things are often out of stock. The staff is friendly but could be more attentive.

We had such a great experience today at this Ulta store. Lara is the most helpful and patient person ever! We needed help selecting makeup brands and brushes for my daughter and she came to the rescue. Lara gave us great options and color matched my daughter's skin. She made her feel comfortable and confident with her skin. I saw her giving this same excellent service to other customers as well. I couldn't imagine a better experience and the company is so lucky to have her! The other employees were wonderful and friendly as well, but Lara deserves special recognition.
