She was genuinely interested in trying to help this customer with these earphones she was buying. I stood and waited for her to ask her a question about a phone holder I was trying to purchase and she treated me with the same care of assisting me with trying to see if this phone case would fit my car the way I wanted it to .. “Went for lunch and then visited this store. Nice surprise to find this gem. This is a must stop when visiting Pinellas county if you want a local shop that is truly Pinellas county and true to the heart of local residents. It's not over packed, crowded, filled with tacky tourist trap stuff from overseas and the smell isn't over powering. Every single item in this shop is thoughtfully placed and merchandise. You can tell walking through this shop and browsing that it locally owned by the care and organization and how it feels so welcoming. Theirs so many items to look out but it's not so crowded when you bend over or turn around you knocking something over like so of the other beach shops. The items for sale are actually locally made by vendors and some of the items are totally unique or vintage. This is a fun shop to visit and the prices are fair. We spent a fair amount of time looking at everything from salt and pepper shakers, sterling silver jewelry, vintage cool items, hand made purses, beach clothing. They also have incense and it's not like other places where it knocks you out it's so strong and overpowering. Theirs smells gentle and relaxing like your walking into a nice home that's comforting. Definitely go if you get chance. ❤️”

I drive 25 minutes past multiple other Five Below locations just to shop at this one, and it is entirely because of the people who work there. For nearly six months, I was on a mission to find some highly sought-after toys for my kids. I visited countless stores during that time, but your team kept me coming back again and again.

Throughout that journey, I called the store multiple times a week to check on inventory, and not once did I feel like a burden. Every single time, the employees answered with patience and kindness — which means more to me than I can express. That level of consistent, genuine customer service is rare, and it did not go unnoticed.
