This place is great! Such fair prices and wonderful customer service. Very happy to have given them my business. I'm new to the area and needed a new alternator - finding Will's was such a sigh of relief. I felt my vehicle was in great hands the entire time, and the work was completed the day after I dropped my car off, despite me not making a scheduled appointment. Truly speaks to how great the are here, I think. I also appreciated the pick-up/drop-off driving service - so accommodating and convenient! 10/10 recommend, I will be telling all my friends to take their car problems here and will back in the future!

This company has some good points but this review is obviously to emphasize a bad one so other people won’t be fooled like I was.
I bought a starter and an alternator from them. Before I made the purchase I asked if the products they were giving me were cheap Chinese replacements, because I didn’t want to put inferior parts in my machine. They assured me these parts were of high quality and not from China. The starter motor failed to function after light use and I took it apart to find broken brush springs and burned out wire. My cranking batteries are brand new as are my heavy duty battery cables. I looked up the part number and sure enough, it was the cheapest Chinese machine available.
These people charged me double price for a Chinese motor I could easily have ordered on the internet just like they did. Worst part was they lied to my face by telling me it wasn’t a Chinese motor.
Waste of time and money. I won’t be using them ever again.

These guys are the most honest and professional in the area. My elderly mom had a battery replacement at Autozone and they said that her alternator was bad (but was running fine). I told her not to drive it for fear it may die. She took it to Will's, they gave her a ride home rather than me ordering her an Uber as I live out of town. About 2 hours later someone from the shop calls and says nothing is wrong with the Alternator and explained why it may have given a false info after the battery swap. They could have easily just replaced the alternator like a lot of of their shady competitors but they didn't. They then picked up my mom and she drove off and she shared they wouldn't take any payment and just told her we'll see you back if and when it does fail.. I'll recommend them to ANYONE. Thanks guys for being honest and I'm sure the numerous 5-star reviews are legit. Thanks again!

Took my car in on a Friday for a new alternator. Gentleman who helped me was professional, cordial, and transparent. Although they had to keep my car over the weekend (as they close at 5 and don't work on weekends), he did say my car would be ready between 12 and 1 the following Monday. I was happy to get a call at about 11:30 to hear it was ready. The price they quoted (before taxes) was what I paid and I was out quickly. Very happy with the service!
