I can’t believe how helpful Darrel and Jesse were. I normally dread going to a phone store, but they made my experience very enjoyable. Both were very knowledgeable and made sure that all my questions were answered and got me a new phone took the time to set it up I recommend the store to anybody in Starke Who is needing help with their wireless account

Big improvement at this store from the last sales technition that sold me my phone and was clueless about it, Darrell addressed my problem confidently and rectified the situation in a very timely manner, he was very professional and curtious. He is a role model employee and I look forward to working with Darrell again in the future. Thanks AT&T for upgrading your staff.

We have met with Jessie and Darrel in the Starke, FL AT&T office and we could not have asked to receive any better service that we received from these two men! Only one guy was working and he had a little bit of a line of people. I had a problem with my phone and he pretty much said if I don't have their additional insurance there is nothing he can do. When I went to the Gainesville location they walked me through getting a hold of Google and getting it repaired under warranty.
