“I dont know where the bad reviews come from but have been doing g business here since Lake Butler location closed and they have been great from drive-thru to solving problem with a U.S. savings bond over 25 years old to recommending who I should deal with there to get a better return on my savings, to taking me outside to at. And showing me how "new" system works. I travel every summer and never have a problem with using my card wherever.”

“This is exactly what a small town bank should be. I’ve taken out numerous loans, both secured and personal, and have dealt with loan officers from both the Starke and Lake Butler locations. They were always very professional, listening to what I had to say and treating me with respect. Also at both locations the clerks behind the counter and at the drive through windows have always been nice and were even kind enough to laugh at my attempts at humor. If you are looking for a bank that treats you like a person not just another account to siphon money off of, this is the place.”
