“They have been pretty good to me so far had a few small hiccups but it was fixed super fast and easy I have to say they are doing a bang-up job so far I found some irregularities was able to go to them see that it wasn't me it wasn't them it was someone else and they were able to provide me with just enough paperwork to prove my point without having to even though they offered to provide me with more paperwork I went in today they've recognizing me a little bit more and we're just what you need when you go to a bank how you doing good good yeah just a little general chit chat and everybody was okay I was quite happy to see someone you know the same employees there not always changing out I hate that every couple months when they change employees it's not how you build good customer relationships and a little small community for Capital Citibank it's been doing a good job by me”

“Had to take care of some business towards the end of July. The Teller, Brandon, his Supervisor, Darlene and a Customer Service Support Representative, Jayma, were outstanding . I had to take care of a few matters and it took some time, but never once did any of them rush me to get done. That to me says something. That's how Customer Service should be, no matter what business you enter. This was by far the best Customer Service I have ever received from TD Bank. Keep up the good works. Thank you again. :)”
