An employee by the name of Heaven was really helpful! She managed to help me with all of my issues and I left as a very happy customer. Not to mention, the store is very clean and seemingly taken well care of!

They told me I could drop my plain after the first month and that isn’t true I’m locked in to pay 60 bucks no matter what. Going back to metro.

Chelsea.... need I say more? This young lady is an asset to this company. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and handles multiple customers with ease making everyone feel equally important. I came to this location to purchase one replacement phone, I left happily with two phones feeling I had received good service and a great value.

Just wanted to say, I had to replace a phone the other day, and met Kelcie! She is so friendly, personable & knowledgeable!! She was fast, explained everything and was able to multi task, so no one was left waiting!!! What a pleasure!!!

My sales rep Mya was absolutely amazing not only did she go above and beyond to make sure that I had a new phone and was up and going she has the sweetest heart ♥. My uncle passed away today and she showed such compassion and love. I would nor only recommend boost in Starke but I would recommend Mya. Thank you spool very much. Your an amazing young lady.

Heaven is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable and sold me a phone at a great price! She was able to answer every question I had and was very kind. The store also looked really nice and clean ! :)

I cracked my phone ? when in for help ? instead I was sold a new iphone.witch wouldn't give me my email ? or my Facebook accounts.after talking it back a month ago I'm still getting emails about payments.
