the only problem i had was in stark the unit i rented was on the street behind the complex but when i called the lady was very helpful and she figured it out

It would have been fine except all my stuff is covered in rodent droppings and piss. They chewed random things. You can't expect too much from a storage unit company, I guess. They did answer phone calls snd they can remote open the gate. So yeah...
