This is the worst bank I have ever banked at. The people in there are rude and assume the worst of everything. I closed my account there and have to drive farther now to get to the bank but it is worth the drive to deal with nice people. I strongly recommend not to do business with this bank.

You can't check your bank account balance the automatic call center has been down for a whole month now, that's very unprofessional and unexceptionable, also all bank statements are printed out with each and every detail listed on it showing exactly what you purchased, what you spent your own money on, which isn't anybody business I've never seen anything like how this bank is ran and operated. Your debit card has to be use as a credit card on any store purchases because it doesn't have a chip on it, the stores register can't identify that it's a debit card so you have no other choice but to run it as a credit card, I've never seen anything like this at any bank.

This is exactly what a small town bank should be. I’ve taken out numerous loans, both secured and personal, and have dealt with loan officers from both the Starke and Lake Butler locations. They were always very professional, listening to what I had to say and treating me with respect. Also at both locations the clerks behind the counter and at the drive through windows have always been nice and were even kind enough to laugh at my attempts at humor. If you are looking for a bank that treats you like a person not just another account to siphon money off of, this is the place.

I’ve been trying to get ahold of anyone at this bank to try and handle my sister’s account for her while she’s incarcerated with a valid power of attorney. Not only have they locked her account, but I have called over 8 times in the past week and a half and have left multiple messages trying to get the issue resolved so I can handle her finances while she’s not able to, and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. These are calls made during regular business hours and no one is available to answer a phone or do a callback? I was supposed to get a call from them two days after my power of attorney was filed, yet it’s been over a week and a half and radio silence. This is a joke. Not to mention their unreliable hours. Go somewhere else.

Do you know that there are still great opportunities out there waiting for you to just grab them? Investing in bitcoin mining through this humble woman called MRS Hendrick Jennifer guidances was the best choice I have made. The best part was that I didn't have to send my investments and bitcoins to her or anyone because I have been scammed several times by sending my bitcoins to several fake sites & managers. Horrible customer service I go in to set.up a bank account.at starke branch they had no system just wait to waiting area offer you coffee don't have the.maker working then 1 other person comes in the teller says they said they are next like what the hell I was first they dont have a number system to help make things easy for.everyone I wasn't gonna wait an hour to get a account set up they dont deserve my money if.they cant treat their customers right

Worst bank in America money has missing two times since opening the account in 2017 , with no record of it being or withdrawn just vanished. They said I had to have an account with them for over two years in 2020 and wouldn’t even check my account to see how long it had been open .when I asked for a small personal loan in-witch I was denied. Also I have been locked out of my Mobil account ,even after trying to log into my on desk top after the system update.i have even tried to change my password at one point twice to get back in and all it said was wrong no matter what I did . I even used my social number trying to reset my account only for it to tell that the info did not match even when all info was entered correctly. I’m so ready to open an investigation and sue upon results if someone within the bank is stealing my money .there is no reason for so much money to go missing without a trace .
