There are rats in the units and they have eaten through our stuff. Go elsewhere instead of this rat infested place. Not to mention you have to pay for insurance because they’re too lazy to upkeep their units to where there is rats in them. They just want to milk every penny out of you. Do NOT go here.

The price is reasonable but I found evidence of rats...I did call it out and they said they would address it, however I'm still finding rat droppings...this was found in my couch and on ground while in storage there..

Someone tried to break into our unit the same night we moved in. Bent up the lock slides. We reported, they were going to repair because it was extremely difficult to open the door after the attempted break in. We had our unit for nearly 1 year without repairs despite their promises. We literally had to bring a hammer with us so after we took our lock off we could beat back the slide and free the door. Electric security gate broken, homeless folks residing in empty units. They were however prompt on charging late fees if you happen to pay late. Skip this place and go down the road where customer service and security is taken more serious.

I have been a customer for more than 2 years & I have only good things to say about this storage facility. The units are clean. The owners & staff have been very nice & professional & have worked with me at times when I've had financial issues.
