I was there today to get a pedicure, my first time being at this nail place. I felt like the lady was rushing to get my pedicure done. On my right big toe already have a smudge seemed when she was putting my sandals on. Also when I paid got charged a $2.00 fee to use my credit card Unreal not happy at all :(

Been going to DS Nails for over a year consistent and they never disappoint. This last time I went Jackie did my Nails and he was AMAZING. I chose one color and allowed him to freestyle the design and The finished product was amazing. He also did my Mom's Nails and he was up to date on more technical cat eye art. We loved this visit for sure. Don't be afraid to use another tech, you may love the service you get!

Went in with my mom just 3 weeks ago for my birthday to get my toes done. And the younger guy did my toes, and the older man did my mom's toes. She told the older guy that we did not like the edges on the toes. To be done like between your diet cuticle. And the actual toenail on the sides, not like the back cuticle, the side cuticle. He cut them and now my toenails have fallen completely off. I have no toenails at all.And I spent almost a hundred dollars for me and my mom to get our toes done, and now I have NO toenails at all

1st chair/owner should do better work. Last fill she left cuticle area ragged and lumpy and a wonky shaped pointer finger. When I tried again and pointed out how I like my nails and if she would fix same wonky shaped nail from 2 weeks ago,she kicked me out. Apparently she doesn't know how to handle a client that knows what she wants.

Horrible customer service. Kathy was rough, short tempered, and the work didn’t look professional. Poor nail service as well. Way overpriced!! I highly DO NOT recommend! *update with pic….less than 24hrs and the Dip Powder nail has chipped on 2 sides!!!!

I decided to go here to get my toes painted while in town visiting and while there one of their male workers ask if I wanted to get my nails done, I said no, and he responded, “No nails, no woman” and I said, “So if I don’t have my nails done, I’m not a woman?” He just repeated himself. I then said, “if you say so.” I personally found that disrespectful especially because the reason why I didn’t want to get my fingernails done is because I have my annual training as a Law Enforcement Officer to shoot weapons next week, so my concern was not finger nails. To add a cherry on top, his work was very beginner ready. My big toes did not match and the paint was not neat, which all resulted in me not leaving a tip. Also, according to the replies to the other reviews here, I can tell their customer service is usually disrespectful.

I went in today for birthday nails and ended up being very disappointed. I asked for 2 designs, cow print on my middle finger and a cactus on my thumb. The cow print came out smeared and the cactus looks like a pitchfork. The nails also have bubble like bump in the paint. The nail lady kept yanking my hand. And while filing she cut into my middle finger. The nail polish was tacky smeared and not filled in all the way. It was for sure rushed and I was forced to pay 60$ for something I could have done way better. After saying all this I will not be going back. The first picture is what I wanted the second and so on is what I got.

I haven’t been here in a while but had a great experience! I was able to get sat as soon as I walked in and they did a great job on my pedicure and eyebrows. All took about an hour, which is appreciated! And the prices are very affordable!

Left there very disappointed with my gel manicure. Had the older gentleman do my nails. He painted on the side of three of my fingers and then tried to file it off, but did not do a good job at all. Also, one nail he took polish off and redid the corner and it has a huge lump in it. Went to my car and filed my nails so they didn’t pick everything. Never been so dissatisfied.
