Receptionist was incredibly rude, scheduler is almost impossible to get in touch with let alone get an appointment, and this was with dr Simon. Had me do blood work which turned out concerning results and multiple X-rays And referral to pain management, got into pain management but had my follow up for 2 months after having this stuff done so I’m going to see pain management before the doctor even had a chance to look over my X-rays or discuss lab results. So if you’re trying to get major health concerns taken care of good luck, because at this rate it’ll take a year or two just to get any progress done. Between the horrid receptionist, the scheduler who can’t do their job & the doctor who is nearly impossible to even see I’ve quickly realized my only hopes are to go outside of starke to get proper medical care. Cant get proper medical care in my own town, gotta love this horrendous town

Was extra rude and inconsiderate did not listen to me when she came in then stayed waving her hands and arms as she spoke to me standing up I asked for a supervisor and she said go find one. I have a history of bone cancer and she will not help me with a scan I desperately need and then she went and noted some notes that weren't even the truth and referred me to a gastrolgist? When I need a endocrinologist.... 0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Honestly she should not have any place in the medical field let alone a Doctor position!!!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!This doctor gives the least amount of recommendation possible, seriously insultingly disgustingly low amounts. Charging elderly patients who don't know any better full price and then giving them such a low amount for their 70 days that they can barely buy more than 2 products every 2 and a half months. WHAT A JOKE. If you don't know about this industry then STAY THE F OUT OF IT. Just go sell placebo vitamins or something if you don't want to actually help people.

Dr Simon is the best. Went to see her after their big transition. So glad we didn’t lose her!! She is just lovely, has seen me through a rough journey, and has worked above and beyond with my specialists. Nothing negative to say, her office staff are great and my husband now sees her too. Failed to provide adequate care. Ignored my questions or concerns until they became large issues. Refused to refer me to appropriate specialists when needed and allowed issues to become life altering. Neglected to address the carpal tunnel syndrome and refer me to a chiropractor that could have helped me to keep my job as an airplane technician. Neglected to address my anxiety until I had to be carried out of the office by an ambulance while having an anxiety attack. This doctor failed to address my medical needs in any way.
