“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service at Verizon!
I had an issue porting my phone number from Straight Talk to my brand-new iPhone 17 Pro Max, and what could have been a very frustrating experience turned into a great one thanks to Tristan, Jamie, and Cheryl.
From the moment I walked in, they were patient, knowledgeable, and determined to get everything working correctly. They took the time to troubleshoot the porting issue, explained everything clearly, and worked together to find a solution. Their persistence and expertise made all the difference, and they were able to successfully get my number transferred so I could leave with my new phone fully set up and ready to use.
Tristan, Jamie, and Cheryl went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Their professionalism, teamwork, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. It's rare to find a team that cares this much about helping their customers.
