We stayed at Camp Montgomery several times in 1974 in preparation for our church mission trip to Mexico. We had a lot of fun. Once when clearing leaves from a covered pavilion I saw the biggest scorpion I’ve ever encountered in Florida! I’d like to see how different the place looks now.

This is a camp from my youth. I went every year for seven years. I learned to water ski, kayak, hydro slide, sail, and canoe. The camp across the lake had horses but we didn’t care. Even the tomb stone between the cabins was great! I have some Of the fondest memories of my life at this camp. I Wish my daughter could experience...
