There is black mold in bathroom and bathroom door is broken pool is padlock so we couldn't use it there was no hot water for shower check in was horrible we had such a hard time getting the room

Terrible customer service. Rude workers. Dirty rooms that smell like mold. Find a different motel don't pay these people.

The only thing that is good about this motel is Jada the front desk clerk. Everything else sucks, beside the a.c and hot shower. There is a refrigerator in the room that does not work, so I'm drinking room temp water tonight. There is no microwave in the room as advertised online. There is a battery missing from the smoke detector. A light is out and no maintenance man is on sight to even remedy any of the problems. And the pool has has a lock on it so nobody can use it.

There is no refrigerator and no microwave in the room .I didn't have anything to heat up the food. I needed a refrigerator to keep left over cold and didn't have one in the room. My key died, and I had to go to the office to get another.Over all, it's a good place to go from home, and they are good people.Put and refrigerator and microwave in every room and we all will be happy.

This hotel was so bad that they don't deserve any stars. Nastiest hotel I have ever checked in to. Sheets so nasty with stains and hair all over the sheets. Bathroom had not been cleaned. No one works the front desk. You have to speak to a lady on a screen.
Don't waste your time or money at this dump!

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good impression of this hotel. The room smelled, the towels were all dirty and had lots of hair on them. The floor was wet, it looked like someone had just taken a shower because the bathroom suction doesn't work, so the floor gets wet. This happened to me. My advice is that even if it's free, the daily rate isn't worth it. I stayed at the Red Hotel, something like that, a little further ahead of Motel 6. I don't even know if you can call it a hotel. It's much better.

Not mine but by friend said Tom Bodet forgot to leave the lights on and the cockroaches ate the furniture and bedding except for the blood smoked sheets

I was switched with three rooms. The first room had mold and roaches. The second room had roaches with a big hole in the ceiling in the bathroom code enforcement needs to be called on this motel room. My price when I first got here was supposed to be 188 and that was through their reservations through the Motel 6. I got here they upped the price only to play musical rooms with me. I had to change numerous rooms then once asked him for a late check out I couldn’t even get that after what I’ve been through. We came down to visit my husband son who have cancer in Gainesville and this was like the closest cheapest thing called enforcement needs to come here. They upped my price to $206. The girl at the front desk, Jada she was nice and sweet girl, but the company she works for sucks . The pictures below are the second room they had me go in mind you we got here at 2 o’clock in the morning so at 2 o’clock in the morning, I was back-and-forth from the front desk to these rooms to look at all these rooms I shouldn’t have to look at a million rooms 2 o’clock in the morning just to get a good room.

Rooms are clean. TV works, pool is well-kept. Very quiet, no issues from other guests. The biggest selling point is the staff. Everyone is friendly, and Jada at the front desk is especially kind/helpful. Would stay again, especially because it's affordable for several nights.

Opened the door and saw 5 roaches in my room without even looking or lifting the bed. Also human hair on the pillows and in the sink

I recently stayed at the motel 6 the rooms were very decent. There are drugs being sold on property, the desk clerk Stacy breath smelled like alcohol , she is very unprofessional I asked her to fix my tv multiple times she did not do so I sat in my car and watched her talk on her phone, take selfies , she had no other customers then about thirty minutes later a random black male came and sat the rest of her shift. She never came to fix my tv. Besides the lazy receptionist and drugs being sold on property my room was neat and clean.

First room no tv and bathroom door busted
Reception not listening to questions, keep replying the same answer. Very rude Stacey, cannot deal with problems.
Second room, shower leaks and dirty, tiles coming off wall, water on bathroom floor, can't go to the toilet without shoes on.

I am grateful for a place to rest my head while traveling, especially this affordably. $80. I’ve read reviews over the years of people who said a room smelled bad and honestly I thought they were just whining. Man I’m telling you…. This room smelled bad. Gross. It was tough to be in there but it was their last room and I couldn’t risk falling asleep on the road. You can see how little thought or expense is given to the customer experience by how short the toilet seat is and how cracked the door is… these things are easily fixed but they didn’t want to make it more attractive or functional for the customer. I don’t know if Motel 6 franchises these properties out or what… sometimes you get a great one and sometimes you get one like this. I would not stay here again and I think I’m being reasonable in my review.
