Our experience with Murray Chrysler Dodge was the worst we ever had. Number 1 JD is a liar, if his mouth is open a lie is coming out of it. We bought a brand new vehicle from them and had nothing but problems from day one. We didn't get an hour down the road before things started to act up. I get it, sometimes that happens, it's what happened after this is what makes me angry. The vehicle was brought back several times during this process. We had this vehicle for 3 months and it was only in our possession for 2 weeks, the dealership had it the rest of time. We finally got tired of paying for a vehicle that was in their possession the majority of the time. So I decided to start lemon law research on new vehicles. Mind you I have legal experience as previously working for attorneys. I know a little about this but not enough of lemon law. Well at this point, we decided it was time for a buy back. Once this was mentioned, JD kept saying over and over that we had to take this route and that route before proceeding with the buy back. All the while, we were without the vehicle we needed because they kept sending us home with vehicles that would not meet our needs. We had just gone through a major disaster and lost everything including my husband's truck. They knew our situation and what our needs were. They brought in so many different teams to try and figure this out and to this day they still have not figured out the problem. The problem comes in once we went in to start the buy back process. Lemon law states they either have to buy the vehicle back or replace with a vehicle or as the consumer you can choose to trade the vehicle in. considering we had only had the vehicle for 3 months we saw no reason to trade. We wanted the buy back. Again, we were in a desperate situation and needed the truck. Come to find out the buy back is a 60 to 90 process or it could take longer depending on how the company wants to act. Well at this point what choice ddid we have, we had a certain amount of time due to our current situation to get what we had left moved and located to where things needed to be. We could not do this without the truck and as I stated, they didn't provide us with what we initially needed. Well we basically were forced into buying a new vehicle because when my husband brought up replacing our vehicle JD said absolutely not, that could not happen. We asked to speak to his boss and we were refused contact and the number. We then asked for the owner's number and again, we were refused any contact. We had no choice but to go through JD. We decided to proceed with buying another vehicle due to time restraints. As the deal was being made, all the promises and rebates and everything else was being offered because "we were valued customers" okay whatever but well go with it. While the deal was being made of course, the paperwork was being done and we specifically told them to go with our bank as we had already spoken with them about the situation and had a go. Well they did not go with our bank, JD decided we would go with Chrystlers bank at which we had no knowledge of this. As we are debating the situation and I'm making it very clear what my expecations as a "valued customer" are. Of course, JD didn't like or feel that we should expect certain things. Then he proceeded to let me know that the truck would be paid off and we wouldn't have to worry about that. Okay, so I believed him, dumb mistake. Once we came to what we thought was an agreement on the cost and everything, of course we expected them to hold up their end of the bargain. We were not given our paperwork nor shown the paperwork on the day we left. Things were not explained to us, so the trusting people That were were thought they were rectifying the situation. Well that's not what happened at all. We went back with the rest of the down payment we were required to put down and got the paperwork and I looked over it in the finance guys's office. Nope!!!!! I was not happy at what I was looking at or

We bought a Dodge Ram 4500 Cab and Chassis. Had a flat bed installed so we can start our new business of hot shot work. Had a couple of things come up with the company we are leasing on with. This led to us looking at our paperwork to find out they scammed us with 2 extra warranties we said we did not want, which is not able to be canceled. The finance guy slipped it on the back side, in which we missed it due to being rushed to sign papers. Then we found out that the PJ bed price is not included separately because we were charged at least double than what the actual price cost. On top of us putting 10k down. Do not go here for anything to avoid at all costs.

Excellent service provided by both Rob and Robert as service technicians. I came in with a Jeep Grand Cherokee dead as a door nail and they really hooked me up. I was traveling and several hours away from home but they communicated well and had me back in the road in 24 hours. They’re a busy place but were quick and professional and answered all my questions - even ones like “why do I need an alternator” ?. Lovely sales representatives too. I listened as one of the service providers handled a rather rude customer- he was never rude back and kept his composure, even offering a complimentary temporary vehicle for her troubles. 10/10

Michael was super helpful with getting me a good deal on a new car. My Jeep broke down thus week and I found the perfect car here and they made it happen, hands down the best experience I've had had a dealership ever! I love my new car and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Brought my Jeep in for what I thought was a thermostat issue. Turns out I was told it was the hose clamp, as your service dept took the old one off and put new one on.....so far so good. Since my vehicle is under extended warranty and warranty company would not cover the clamp, claiming it was "hardware", your service dept took said new clamp off and proceeded to tell me the charge would be $400+ for clamp and coolant and computer hookup which obviously was not necessary since he saw it was the clamp was loose. Needless to say I did not have the work done feeling as tho it was a total rip off. We purchased a 2013 Jeep in 2015 from y'all and had service done on a 2015 we previously owned. If this is how you treat returning customers I will not be returning for anything at your dealership. I don't understand why you couldn't have replaced the clamp and charged me for it.I feel this needed to be said.....so much for keeping my cash local.

WARNING!! Avoid JD!!! He was the worst representation of a customer service person ever, and had a very condescending and emotional attitude. He was literally like a viral Karen who flipped out. Worst customer experience ever dealing with him. He is the most rude person I have ever experienced in my life. Myself and my husband have NEVER been treated so badly. Wow is all I can say. Even his fellow employees acknowledged how much of a Karen this guy is. He needs a hug or something...not from us. We won't ever buy anything from there again. Our original sales person JP***was amazing! So eager to help and answer questions. Everyone else at the dealership super helpful and professional. We basically spent 160,00 at this establishment and were treated like trash dealing with JD. The only reason we got any result is because he basically had a hissy fit and threatened to speak to the general manager. Thank God the general manager can read through the Karen vibe and helped behind the scenes. I want to turn my truck in and just go somewhere else. I guess money doesn't talk....it's Karen running the show there. Poor fellow employees. I can only imagine all the people who don't express the situation at hand. Just Wow and NEVER again. I will buy a Corolla on marketplace before buying something else at this dealership. Sad because my husband needs a 3500 truck. Not there....unless JD is 86'd lol sad but true.

Don't be fooled!!! They wine and dine you before you sign. Thereafter they stonewall you. I stated the left front tire was shaking on test drive, was told it was the road. Air quality in the car was awful, I checked the filter it's BROWN! Inquired with them and getting stonewalled, no hospitality or attempt to remediate the issue. Don't fall for Buddy, the sales guy nice routine. 8 days later he's non responsive!!! Check out the photo of the filter, this apparently after they did a 100+ safety inspection. Ha!!! Scammers!!! Had to have all 4 tires balanced and a full realignment. BEWARE, Derek is the finance office makes a commission on the warranties he sells you!!! Yet he doesn't disclose that to the customer. Text exchange with sales guy added to photos, where he throws Derek under the bus!

Do not buy here I made that mistake , I purchased a 2019 hellcat challenger from them it was a hassle buying process as if they didn’t even want to sell me the car not sure if it was due to my age or other things . Within 3 weeks of having the car I get a check engine light , I called the dealership to see if they would even split the cost of repairs with me . I was basically told I’m SOL , I haven’t even made my first payment on the car , the car is not even registered yet in my state and my temp tags are expired due to the dealership taking so long to send my paperwork to my dmv . Spend your hard earned money somewhere else !!

Service department was very expensive and incompetent. Not thorough. Issue returned after $300 visit which took 5 hours and accomplished nothing but a computer reset.

Used car manager, Chris, was rude and inappropriate. I have a great credit score, which he told me I got lucky after telling me he didn't believe it would be good, and he still got me a high interest rate. He told me he would try and call the bank and talk to some of his connections to see if he could clear things up. Over a week later and I have still not heard anything from him. I cannot recommend this dealership. If you do try to trade in a vehicle here, make sure you know your trade in value. Chris tried to tell me my vehicle, worth 10,000 was worth less than 5k and tried insulting me over it. After arguing with him and threatening to walk out, he offered over 9k for it. Tried the high pressure sales pitch, which I was completely unimpressed with. The guy really isn't good at his job at all.

While traveling back down to Brooksville, i developed transmission issues entering Starke. I took my Ram to Murray's where i was greeted immediately. They coded my truck and diagnosed the issue. Thank goodness they could do a same day repair. I have nothing but praise for the Service Department and thank each of them for their efforts.

Great experience. In for a quick oil change and tire rotation and had my Jeep back in like an hour. This dealership is SO MUCH better than the one in Gainesville. Worth the drive.

Amazing dealership all around. They knew exactly what I wanted before I even showed up and had everything ready when I got there. Even going as far to make sure that I was still happy with my purchase after I had left the lot. Will definitely recommend to any friends and family!
