KJ is very nice and helpful, Dawn was incredibly rude, it bothered her that I even asked her a question, and she was just unpleasant and very unprofessional! Everyone else there has been awesome she is the only bad experience I've had there.

Do not trust availability listed on their website, as several occasions and products said they were in stock only to be out when I got there and even asked the gentlemen working if they had any.
