Nobody likes getting there medication filled at this pharmacy the individuals that work in the pharmacy department are extremely incompetent, two-faced, a nasty rude attitude and will flat out and lie to customers when calling about their medication constantly telling the customers that their medication is ready for pickup and when customers drive there they'll tell them that their medication isn't ready yet, this matter and issue concerning the pharmacy department should've been addressed long time ago but those people liars working in the pharmacy dept. continue to get away with lack of care & concern and disrespect to the paying customers.

I get told a prescription takes an hour and a half then that is all it should take to get the damn thing filled... Put people in the store that can actually do the damn job!!! Lose the damn idiots that can't!!!

Pharmacy sucks. Never received updates on my prescription when it was out of stock. Even went in person and didn’t tell me it was going to be out of the stock. A rude lady answered my phone call. She asked for an explanation and I gave her an answer and received a rude response.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For Kelly C
I recently visited this pharmacy, and the experience was fantastic, thanks to Kelly C, the pharmacy intern. She’s incredibly smart, knowledgeable, and thorough in answering all my questions, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. Kelly has a way of explaining things that makes even the most complicated information easy to understand, which I really appreciated. She’s also got a great sense of humor, which made my experience even better—something I didn’t expect in a pharmacy!
Queisha and Lisa were also wonderful, and together, they make such a friendly and helpful team.

The people behind the counter will be nice to your face but horrible behind your back in a small town. Forget about keeping anything the slightest confidential when it comes to your medicine. My last experience with this pharmacy as technician Kelly what's smart with me right off the bat. I may be an old recovered addict, but I'm not stupid. So please don't treat me as though you are better than anyone else. Cuz I'm smart too.... and easily fired up when posting online.

Pharmacy customer service has declined in past 1-2 years. Know they got a lot of WD customers account; so hire more people, that want to work & can be nice to people, as well as efficient. I never get text that scripts are ready, although have signed up for them. Moved all my reoccurring scripts to Amazon! Drive in window is a joke. Store needs remodeling & pharmacy moved to south corner of store so cars are not blocking exit. Pharmacy is main service of store, & it’s the worst! Move it, so it’s more convenient to customers! ??????

Thank you so much to the wonderful ladies who helped me yesterday. I had been putting off getting my Shingles vaccination but I was brave and got the first of 2 shots. Yes it hurt but I'm sure getting Shingles would be worse. The pharmacist on duty along with the ladies hustling to fill prescriptions all deserve a big raise. ?

Don’t call into the pharmacy. I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes now, they have answered the phone 4 times and before I can udder a single word they put me back on hold without saying anything. I just wanted to know if my scripts have been called in before my doctor’s office closes….

No phone etiquette skills. Short and rude. I have been trying for over a week to get my meds transfered from a now closed pharmacy. Unprofessional pharmacy staff, minus the two people who have been with this location for a very long time.
