Went on Tuesday 2/13. Was told to use self checkout eventhough the employees register was operational, this was about 10pmI do not work there do NOT force customers to use self checkout. Two items I purchased did not ring up as they didn't have upc's and the attendant STILL had to look things up and do their job...Or at least offer an employee discount for this.

I Scheduled vaccines for today. They took me at the appointment time, with no waiting. The pharmacist was engaging and gave painless injections. She even told us about the $5 off coupon we'd find in our email inbox, which i used before we left the store. It might have been an anomaly, but this visit was easy and painfree.

They closed an hour early. I would recommend the Walgreens down the road.

They didn't have the medication prescribed the previous evening, but couldn't be bothered to call to tell me this until I was there late the following morning. Had an 'I really don't care' attitude when I arrived. Finally agreed to see if another CVS had it, and found me one (the only good thing they did). Also couldn't be bothered to tell me that my insurance (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) doesn't cover anything at CVS before sending me another 20 minutes away from where we were staying. Horrible.

This was June 14th 2023 at about 4:30 PM. I had a terrible experience with a staff member in the pharmacist. I have been very sick (emphysema, acute bronchitis). I went to carry an oximeter back, because my nurse gave me one, he said you'll have to take it up front, and so I did. I told him I needed to buy my medicine, and he said come back after I returned the oximeter. There was no one waiting in the pharmacy. So, I went back up front and waited in the very long line. Then, I went back to get my medicine, and had cough drops and Tussin to add to my request for cvs brand pseudoephedrine. I had also added a card. 3 small items total in addition to the pseudoephedrine. The very rude man rang up my pseudoephedrine, and told me I had to go back up to the front for that very long line again. I said sir, this is also medicine, and he said, "maam, we save lives and we don't have time". There was no one else at the window, or anywhere near the pharmacy at that time. I said, please sir, and he repeated we don't rang up any items here. I then said no thank you, left my items, and began to walk out. He started mouthing off because I did not carry the 3 items back, and called me inconsiderate, and he yelled out "We save lives and don't have time for your inconsideration". I was very embarrassed, because it was clear he intended to humiliate me in front of the whole store and all customers could hear him. I was upset, because I myself have been very sick. Apparently, my life did not matter to him, and my sickness was of no consequence. The rudeness was embarrassing to me, and it hurt my feelings as well. He was clearly telling me my life didn't matter.

Staff are very rude and when I went back to get my medicine they had it ready yet made me wait as if it was processing just to be nasty. I'm talking about the young Hispanic lady that works there and the head pharmacist the blonde lady. Not good customer service at all.

I go to the pharmacy at 1:30pm to find out they close for lunch and have to come back for my medication. I never heard of this. And no other registers can ring you up. Unreal for a big corporation .

Don't go here unless emergency. Dirty place and people. Stinks. Not much product availability. Clerks only speak spanish so don't ask questions. Questionable people hang out and shop there. Disgusting.

During a global pandemic a medical pharmacy has decided to close their drive-through. Unbelievable. for those of us who are medically fragile, the very reason I need to use the pharmacy is the reason I cannot set foot in the pharmacy.
