Great salon with an unpretentious vibe and tenured staff. I've had 2 appointments with Ashley and she is always on schedule, upbeat, and friendly. I really like that they don't push you to buy products. I always love my hair and the experience at Abyss.

Usually someone pleasant answers the phone and is informative. Seems some changes have been made and I couldn't get an answer from the young lady answering the phone. Call dropped on their end no call back. I called back to see what happened no answer. I was asking specific questions cause I'm a guy and do not go to barbers but hair stylist. Some hairstylist prefer not cut guys hair, I was asking whom proffered to cut guys hair she said all of the hairstylist cut guys hair. But that wasn't my question. Seems I will find somewhere else with better customer service and not new hires answering the phone that can't handle specific questions.
