Great experience all around. I first visited the dealership in May, just to look and see what would be available. My sales person followed up with me occasionally from that first visit up until I actually came to the dealership to purchase last Saturday. They very quickly looked at my trade-in and came up with an offer which we discussed and came to an agreement on which I think was one of the best deals I’ve ever had on a new vehicle. the financing team worked very quickly to get my application approved and signed and then the vehicle was prepped and ready for me the next day. Would recommend Essential to anyone looking for a new Ford.

We wanted a late model SUV. We contacted Alex and he told us that he had a late model SUV on the lot. It was perfect for my wife. The whole process took about two hours and she is really happy with the new SUV. Alex is a great salesman and all around great guy. He helped me with a late model Ranger a few years prior to us getting the SUV.

Highly recommend going to ANY OTHER FORD DEALERSHIP. I would drive down to west palm beach to go Al Packer any day than ever take a vehicle back to essential.
Brought a vehicle back in MAY! For an oil change. Here we are 3+ months later, Still no vehicle.
Why you ask ? When we went to pick up the vehicle, we realized the vehicle had been damage by THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. so we are 3 months later waiting for a part still.
During these 3 months, not one time has a single person has called with an update. We have been left completely in the dark.
We called over a month ago to get an update, we were advised the part would arrive August 15th we mutually agreed to provide them with enough time to install the vehicle would be ready by August 20th. August 20th came and passed, Surprise not a single phone call from ford. We reached at the end of the week. They no have “no eta” when the part will arrive.
During the beginning of this I asked for some type of “we owe you” paperwork to insure they would replace the part. They refused, so we refused to pick up the car until the repair was completed. During this time Three payments have been paid on the car and three payments of insurance without being able to utilize the vehicle.
ABOUSTLEY ABSURB WAY TO RUN A BUISNESS.
we have been loyal costumers to ford for many years, as we have bought over 10 vehicles from ford.

In general the experience at essential Ford of Stuart was good. I will have to say that it seemed a little disorganized though. We were told to bring our vehicle in so that the recall service work could be done and I would have to leave it for several days. Which was okay. When we got there we were told that the mechanic to do the repairs was a mobile mechanic and he was on his way to our home to fix our RV recall. No one ever called us to tell us there was someone coming to our home. The repairs however were done successfully and we thanked the mechanic.
On a related subject regarding Ford dealerships in the West Palm, I have purchased several vehicles from Al Packer West in the past 25 years. I had a dispute with the Ford Motor Company recently Over Paint issues on my 2021 Ford Ranger which they completely blew me off and would not deal with it. And not even tell me why they wouldn't deal with it so that's a bad blemish on their reputation. I was givin some bullshit 800 telephone number which also blew me off. So needless to say I will go out of my way to tell people not to deal with Al Packer ford. I also called Wayne Acres Ford in West Palm Beach and they told me that they could not work on my vehicle because it was too big because it's a 40 ft RV. Essential Ford told me they didn't have a lift heavy enough to pick it up but that it was not necessary because the repairs could be done underneath the vehicle in the shop or parking lot which they did. Why would Wayne Akers tell me that they couldn't do it because they didn't have a lift when they didn't need a lift. Again I feel like I was blown off because they didn't want to deal with the size of vehicle that I have.
I have had discussions with people of my generation, which is the 60 and over range of age, and we all feel that service in general is disorganized and at best downright sucks from the initial phone call, which rarely is taken by a person with a pulse, through incomplete and quite honestly ignorant service people who are giving us information that is not correct. You wanted my feedback and there it is. My name is Thomas watts and I live in Loxahatchee Florida.
