Very professional and efficient, maybe they could have been gentler on my front end, but then again, maybe we could have when we served into a ditch to avoid a crash. These guys are a great default option for towing in Martin County. Also wow, they have powerful trucks! In innovative guys!

Excellent service from the owner, Mike.After 5 hours waiting for AAA at the Florida Turnpike, we called him up & he came within 20 minutes to help us. What a great service he provided!He even arranged to have a friend ,picked us up, and drove us to the car rental while he took our new car to the nearest dealership.

So submitted a call for tow at 9am thru AAA got several texts saying driver in route, never showed . I called AAA at noon they spoke to driver who said he was finishing up with another customer and would reach out to me soon as hes done. 3pm i call AAA they said all hooked up cancelled my pickup as an out of area and no driver. Well thats funny since iam in area and driver was coming. So long story short is ALL HOOKED UP TOWING is assigned to you by AAA cancel it and call for another company cause ALL HOOKED UP left me stranded.

On Sunday October 22, 2023, I had get my SUV towed to the dealer.JJ (driver #888) was towing my SUV and he was very pleasant and he also made sure the vehicle was delivered in the safe area and also for the service department to see it first on Monday morning. He called me after the vehicle was delivered and mentioned the service department was closed and the vehicle was parked in the safe area and first to be ween. This company towed me from Stuart Florida to Fort Myers Florida and the driver John i think his name is was very patient with my car. I have a sports car that is lowered in the front and he took his time to plan it out. He had to use wood, so nothing would scrape. He got my car back to Fort Myers without any issues. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks again JOHN for all help. ?

My husband truck was not running, so I had to have AAA come tow our truck. All hooked up towing got there really fast. Our drivers name was Chad and he went above and beyond!! He not only showed our seven-year-old son how the tow truck worked, but he even offered us cold bottle water! I hope they realize what a gem Chad is and if we ever need towing again I would not hesitate to use their company again.Service: Car towing

GreatHas slight hiccup when going through AAA turned out to be a bad driver who had an attitude but once they realized at all hooked up towing what happened they were there within 5 minutes and bending over backwards to help me can't say a bad word about any of these people they are great

I called AAA for roadside service because my car broke down. They enlisted All Hooked Up towing to tow my car across town for repairs. After nearly 4 hours of waiting with the car and being told the driver was "in route", we had to cancel and call another local tow company who could arrive in 37 minutes. THAT is the kind of service you expect when broken down in the Florida August heat! I cannot recommend All Hooked Up towing for the reason stated above.

Awfully high prices, unreasonable even. It would’ve cost a fortune just to get my car towed a couple miles away. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Excellent!! I have AAA and my dealers roadside assistance. No one could get anyone to me for almost 2 hours. I called All Hooked Up towing and the caller was super caring and understood the predicament I was in. Cody got to me asap and took great care of my vehicle. I was broke down at a red-light and my truck refused to switch out of park so we couldn't move it. He rocked it onto the truck bed and used skids to slide it up to keep from damaging my vehicle. Once at the dealership, he used the movement of his truck and skids to move the truck forward until we could get it off the truck bed by pressing the breaks. Very creative! From start to finish all service was friendly and professional!
